La chambre est sale, gros manque d’équipement (tapis de douche, juste un bac de douche), pas d’accueil et si jamais vous osez les appeler pour signaler un problème ils vous raccrochent au nez! Propriétaire ne connaissant pas l’hospitalité... Très cher pour ne même pas avoir le minimum syndical.
 This accommodation is to be avoided !!! The room is dirty, there is a big lack of equipment (shower mat, just a shower tray), no reception and if you ever dare to call them to report a problem they will hang up on you! Owner unfamiliar with hospitality ... Very expensive for not even having the minimum union.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ très déçu par le logement .. il est équipé du minimum syndical , même pas 4 verres ou tasses à café .. certes au porte du centre ville mais ce qui est pour nous un gros défaut, car très compliqué de dormir la nuit entre les voitures , les scooters , les gens qui hurlent et le voisin qui répare son toit à 5h du matin , compliqué.. Les 630€ pour 3 nuits sont vraiment très exagérés et pas justifiés .

very disappointed with the accommodation .. it is equipped with the union minimum, not even 4 glasses or coffee cups .. certainly at the door of the city center but which for us is a big flaw, because it is very complicated to sleep at night between cars , scooters, people screaming and the neighbor who repairs his roof at 5am, complicated... The 630€ for 3 nights are really very exaggerated and not justified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a bit sceptical because of the low rating, but I was totally impressed by the room, view and location. My experience was outstanding. The room was super modern and brand new. Great view for the sunset and super central close to Fabrika bus station where you take the bus to a lot of beaches.
