Ποδήλατο 2 μηνων χαλασε η αναρτηση, του το πηγα να το δει και με λεει ναι όντως υπαρχει θεμα, θα το στειλουμε στην αντιπροσωπεία. το 10ημερο εγινε 15ημερο, και το ποδήλατο γυρισε πισω οπως πηγε και η απαντηση ηταν δεν εχει τιποτα. Πλήρης αδιάφορα και καμια υποστήριξη. Απαντηση. Αναγνώρισες το πρόβλημα, δεν μου εδωσες απαντηση. Τους ειπες στο τηλέφωνο οτι εχω τον πελατη μπροστα μου δωστε μου απαντηση. Και σου ειπαν αυριο θα εχουμε απάντηση ΞΑΝΑ ηρθα την επόμενη μερα και βγηκε το παιδι να μου πει πως δεν σας ειπαν τιποτα. και ξανα εφυγα. δεν με υποστήριξες ενω δεχτηκες και το πρόβλημα και ειπες πως ναι υπάρχει και αντι να πιεσεις τον προμηθευτή σου να πεις οτι υπαρχει προβλημα στην ανάρτηση δεν υποστήριξες τον πελάτη σου και δέχτηκες την απαντηση του προμηθευτή.
