★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The air conditioning here can be best described as "a slightly obese man blowing wind from the ceiling" prepare to sweat day and night. Don't think the pool is going to save you either. For €5 euro per person, per swim, you can take a nice ice cold dip in the pool. The food and room was decent, the staff were friendly enough and the breakfast was ok. I wouldn't say it's an enjoyable stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! This hotel, staff, breakfast, atmosphere, the room, were all amazing. The views from the balcony were spectacular and endless. When we come back to Florina we are staying here again. You don't feel like you're staying in a hotel, you get the feeling of being in an elegant apartment. If this hotel was in the United States where I stay in hotels all over, this hotel would be by far one of the best. Definetely a 5 star hotel! We can't wait to come back and enjoy this hotel! Great Job Phaedon Florina!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice establishment, kind of glamourous as first impression but in a closer look cleanliness was not satisfactory especially in times with coronavirus...spots in mirrors , walls and furnitures from previous tenants, dirty fridge, and bathroom surfaces came up short. Also the balkony furniture dirty with spots and dust. Breakfast area a little stuffy and no shade for the seating area outside. Positives, spacious, well equiped rooms, cool air , nice view, quiet. Far from center up on a hill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pictures are deceiving. Health and safety measures supposedly in place due to COVID-19 are not respected (not even masks). There are plenty of other hotels around Florina that are really worth the stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel amenities were sufficient for my stay, and the breakfast was solid. The main drawback was the AC, which was not near powerful enough the to cool the small room. I would advise looking for another place in the summer months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the area to do skiing in Pisoderi ski center and discover the area! And it was so value for money. An old hotel but really excellent for its price. Warm, hot water, tv, hige beds. I bet 20-30 years ago this would be an absolutely TOP hotel ! Breakfast had a great variety! Parking outside of the hotel - I will visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel is located at the edge of the city, so you should use your own transport. Cozy, nice room, large bed with comfortable mattress. The breakfast was good, with many choices. Very polite staff. Free WiFi with good coverage. Good overall price for provided services.
