I got a shellac manicure and pedicure and was so happy with how it turned out/how long it lasted. I am from Prague and was always disappointed with how my nails turned out from the dozens of nail salons I went to over the years. I'm delighted to have found such a wonderful place with lovely nail technicans on my first try in a new city/my new home. Can't wait to go back!
F	Fay Theodore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy who was managing the place wasn’t fit for that role. He had zero customer relations experience and didn’t know how to talk to customers at all ! The staff were amazing and friendly plus the place was kept so clean. They did a good job, however, the management didn’t make me feel like I was welcome there. For this reason, I was very unpleased for I believe the overall experience should make you feel good about spending your money in a place.

I had a speedy and efficient pedicure with Margarita which was ok,so I recommend the spa pedicure if you would like the proper soak/massage and relaxing experience pedicure. Overall good service,clean environment. Need to get better with their ‘times’,as was delayed quite a bit.
M	Margo Alexandrova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not fairy nail service actually, but to understand where is the best sometimes you have to compare with other places) 1) I will wait for 20 minutes cause they don’t see my online booking. Ok, not complaining. Sometimes it happened. But I had to wait at the table with a lot of garbage and cigarettes. Please , you need to be attentive to where you offer your clients to wait their queue. 2) A classic manicure includes putting some cream on the hands and massage (it was in your price list at your site) I haven’t got it. My hands were so dry after manicure. So weird. Ok. But manicure is good, thanks to the master. 3) They proposed me to put some treatment on my nails instead of ordinary polish (I agreed , thanks) But what if I didn’t have some extra money for this treatment? It would be polite to the clients to warn them about some extra charge in advance. Thank you for attention.
