★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told I could come with my mother for a manicure and pedicure together. Unfortunately there was only one woman and my mother waited two hours only to sit another 2 hours for her nails. Quality was not that good either. When speaking with the manager they informed me it was a misunderstanding and there was nothing they can do. Amazing customer service takes ownership and just offers something back to the customer for the inconvenience. Such a shame there is no clue about this here. Very disappointed with the service and quality
