★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had dinner at this place with my family a week ago. The view was fantastic and spending time with family is always very nice. However, everything else about our experience was terrible. The service was extremely slow and waiters were not trained. Food was completely TASTELESS. My wife and I ordered the chef's special seafood platter and everything on it was burned or overcooked. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming to Skiathos and Sophias family taverna for years. After missing the last 2 years we were really looking forward tp going back and enjoying that beautiful view. Unfortunately we didnt get to because when we got there 3 minutes late (its up a lot of steps!), they told us they had given our table away! Firstly, there were many other tables free and secondly the people at our table had drinks and had obviously been there longer than 5 minutes. They were so rude we shall never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one star reviews (not doubting them) puzzle me.Just left there 5 mins ago. Meal for four was superb.The quality of the food was exceptional, Service attentive.
The slow service comment may be as a result of miscommunication? Our waiter told us to tell him when to start cooking the mains, two of our group misunderstood.
However, I take that as a plus, our mains came when requested.
View is stunning .I'd deffo go back, make of the reviews(this one included obv) as you will.?
