★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ελπίζω αυτό το σχόλιο να μην περάσει απαρατήρητο. Ο κύριος δεν έχει θέση στην εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών του φαρμακείου!
Λοιπον, το φαρμακείο στο Internet έδειχνε πως ήταν ανοιχτό, παρόλα αυτά ήταν κλειστό. Έτσι τηλεφώνησα και ζήτησα αν ήταν εύκολο, να ανοίξει να πάρω κάποια φάρμακα που χρειαζόμουν επείγοντος. Η κυρία που μίλησα δέχτηκε να με εξυπηρετήσει στέλνοντας έναν κύριο.
Ο κύριος αυτός ήταν αγενέστατος, αξεστος και εμφανώς ενοχλημένος που ήρθε μέχρι το φαρμακείο. Είπε χαρακτηριστικά ότι "ο μόνος λόγος που θα ερχόταν ήταν για να μου δώσει αντισυλληπτικα, που πιθανότερο ήταν να χρειαζόμουν! " ΠΡΟΣΒΟΛΗ! ΛΥΠΑΜΑΙ!
Τελικά δεν εξυπηρετηθηκαμε ούτε εγώ αλλα ούτε ο ενας άλλος κύριος που περιμέναμε.
*Αφού δεν μπορούσαν να έρθουν στο φαρμακείο εκτός ωραρίου (πράγμα απόλυτα κατανοητό) ας το έλεγαν στο τηλέφωνο και όχι να δημιουργηθεί αυτή η κατάσταση!

Well, the online pharmacy seemed to be open, yet it was closed. So I called and asked if it was easy, to open to get some medicine I needed urgently. The lady I spoke to agreed to serve me by sending a gentleman.
This gentleman was very rude, rude and visibly annoyed when he came to the pharmacy. He characteristically said that "the only reason he would come was to give me contraceptives, which I most likely needed!" ATTACK! I AM SORRY!
In the end, neither I nor the other gentleman we were waiting for was served.
* Since they could not come to the pharmacy overtime (which is perfectly understandable) let them say it on the phone and not to create this situation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Google, the pharmacy states that it offers deliveries. Therefore, I called them and asked if it would be possible to deliver medicine to a hotel located in the next village (~8 min by car). I was told that they are very busy this morning due to local market. When I asked for a delivery in the afternoon or evening, they told me „…maybe“ and I realised that they do not want to do that. Questions regarding delivery costs and delivery possibilities remained unanswered. The first person answering the phone was not able to talk to me in English at all, so a second one came who had also difficulties to communicate.
