★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όορφο και φιλικό περιβάλλον. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και τεχνογνωσία. Βρήκα όλα όσα ήθελα και πολλά περισσότερα αλλά το σημαντικότερο ήταν η ενημέρωση του τι ακριβώς χρειάζομαι και πως να εφορμόσω το κατάλληλο προϊόν.
Roof and friendly environment. Flawless service and know-how. I found everything I wanted and much more but the most important thing was to find out exactly what I need and how to apply the right product.

Ακόμα και σε φάρμακα υψηλού κόστους υπάρχει πάντα άμεση εξυπηρέτηση, με χαμόγελο και διάθεση να επιλυθεί οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα υπάρχει. Πολύ σημαντική η αίσθηση ασφάλειας που σε κάνει να αισθάνεσαι ο κος Σωτηρόπουλος και το φαρμακείο του, οποιοδήποτε σκεύασμα και αν είναι απαραίτητο ξέρεις ότι θα είναι στην κατοχή σου εγκαίρως.
Flawless service, great variety, very kind staff. Even in high-cost drugs there is always immediate service, with a smile and a willingness to solve any problem. Very important is the sense of security that makes you feel Mr. Sotiropoulos and his pharmacy, any preparation and if necessary you know that it will be in your possession in time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 'Αψογη εξυπηρέτηση πάντα απο ολόκληρο το προσωπικό. Όλα τα παιδιά ευγενέστατα και πρόθυμα να βοηθήσουν με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο. Δεν με έχουν αφήσει ποτέ "ξεκρέμαστη", ακόμα και τις φορές που χρειάστηκα κάτι τελευταία στιγμή ή είχα κάποια επείγουσα ανάγκη. Είναι πάντα διατεθειμένοι να βρουν λύση σε οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα προκύψει. Το καλύτερο και φιλικότερο περιβάλλον που έχω συναντήσει σε φαρμακείο. Πολλά συγχαρητήρια!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο συγκεκριμένο φαρμακείο και ο κ. Σωτηροπουλος (αλλά και οι υπάλληλοι, οι κυριες και οι κυριοι που εργάζονται σε αυτό) με περισσή προθυμία και ταχύτητα εξυπηρετούν τον πελάτη αποκτώντας προσωπική επαφή και διάθεση για επιλυση του θέματος που αφορά τον καθενα.
Η διαθεσιμότητα σε φάρμακα είναι πλήρης, άμεση ή πολύ γρήγορη.
Ένα φαρμακείο με ευσυνείδητο προσωπικό που δίκαια μπορεί να χαρακτηριστεί ότι παρέχει ολοκληρωμένη πρωτοβάθμια φροντίδα.
In this particular pharmacy, Mr. Sotiropoulos (as well as the employees, ladies and gentlemen who work in it) serve the customer with more willingness and speed, gaining personal contact and disposition to resolve the issue that concerns everyone.
Drug availability is complete, immediate or very fast.
A pharmacy with conscientious staff that can rightly be described as providing comprehensive primary care.

We have always had fantastic service and more importantly they can usually source medications which are difficult to find elsewhere. I see there have been a few negative reviews lately all pertaining to the Black Friday specials. Unfortunately, this seems to be a promotion which has gone wrong and is in no way a reflection of the high standard of service which is usually provided.
