Θα ήθελα να τονίσω ότι οι υπάλληλοι καταβάλλουν κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια να μας εξυπηρετησουν σε συνθήκες πολύ πολύ δύσκολες για τισ οποιες φυσικά δεν ευθύνονται. Αντιμετωπίζουν μεγάλη έλλειψη προσωπικού και προβληματικες υποδομές για τις οποιες ευθύνεται αποκλειστικά και μόνο η πολιτεία. Αυτό το άθλιο και αναλγητο κράτος που φυσικά δεν επενδύει εκεί που πρέπει. Οι ίδιοι οι υπαλληλοι εργάζονται και πέραν του ωραρίου τους για να εξυπηρετησουν το πληθος του κόσμου και πραγματικά καταβάλλουν κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια. Η πίεση που νιώθουν είναι τεράστια και ακούν άπειρα παράπονα, τα οποία φυσικά δε θα έπρεπε να εχουν αποδέκτες τους ίδιους. Μόνο κατανόηση και ανθρωπιά έχω συναντήσει από το ανθρώπινο δυναμικό του. Πρέπει να μάθουμε επιτέλους να διαμαρτυρομαστε εκεί που πρέπει κι εκεί που πραγματικά αναλογούν ευθύνες και όχι στους εύκολους αποδέκτες, που στην ουσια είναι υπάλληλοι ευρισκόμενοι σε καθημερινό αγώνα εξυπηρέτησης.
