E	EIRINI ASSIMAKOPOULOU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ζήτησα να επιστρέψω μία φορά παραφάρμακο (κάτω από 15 ευρώ) που δεν το χρησιμοποίησα και να πάρω κάτι άλλο. Μου είπαν ότι δε γίνεται γιατί είναι κάτι που δεν έχει ζήτηση (!). Σημειωτέον κάθε μήνα και επί ένα χρόνο έκανα παραγγελία τάξεως 70 ευρώ για το ίδιο προϊόν για το οποίο είχα, ως συχνός πελάτης με την κάρτα πελάτου, έκπτωση. Αντιεπαγγελματική έως αγενής η συμπεριφορά τους. (Δε συνιστά "ειδική" τιμή, αφενός μια τιμή που έχουν όλα τα αντίστοιχα eshop, αφ ετέρου μια έκπτωση των 50cent. Απλώς κακή σκέψη να επιλέξω ένα κατάστημα της γειτονιάς μου και όχι ένα eshop). I asked to return a parapharmaceutical (under 15 euros) that I did not use and to get something else. I was told that it is not possible because it is something that is not in demand (!). Note every month and for a year I placed an order of 70 euros for the same product for which I had, as a frequent customer with the customer card, a discount. Their behavior is unprofessional to rude. (It is not a "special" price, on the one hand a price that all the respective eshops have, on the other hand a 50cent discount. Just a bad idea to choose a store in my neighborhood and not an eshop).

M	Mar Kar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ έδειχνε διαθέσιμο το προϊόν, με ενημέρωσαν πως δεν μπορούν να παραδώσουν, έχω πάρει πολλές φορές τηλέφωνο για επιστροφή των χρημάτων όμως τίποτα, δεν ξέρω που πρέπει να απευθυνθώ για την απάτη...; 17€ ρεμούλα. Τελικά επεστράφησαν έστω κα αργα... While the product seemed to be available, they informed me that they could not deliver, I have called many times for a refund but nothing, I do not know where to go for fraud ...? 17 € remoula. Eventually they returned even a little later ...
Δ	Δημητρα Σαλαβουρα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη και αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά! Πήγαμε στις 9:05 το πολύ και ενώ ήταν μέσα ακόμη υπάλληλοι μας έδιωξαν. Περάσαμε μετά από 20 λεπτά ξανά και είδαμε να βγαίνουν από μέσα 3 κοπέλες. Επειδή ήταν όντως ανάγκη ρωτήσαμε ξανά αν μπορούμε να μπούμε και τους είπαμε ότι η φίλη μας έχει 39,5 πυρετό και να μας δώσουν ένα αντιπυρετικό και να της κάνουν ένα rapid test και αρνήθηκαν. Πραγματικά λυπάμαι. Δεν πήγαμε να ζητήσουμε ενυδατική κρέμα ήταν ζήτημα υγείας και μάλιστα σοβαρό. Δεν ξέρω τι «επαγγελματίες» είναι αυτοί πραγματικά. Unacceptable and unprofessional behavior! We went at 9:05 at the most and while they were still inside, employees fired us. We passed after 20 minutes again and we saw 3 girls coming out. Because it was really necessary we asked again if we could come in and we told them that our friend has a fever of 39.5 and they give us an antipyretic and give her a rapid test and they refused. I am really sorry. We did not go to ask for moisturizer, it was a health issue and in fact serious. I do not know what "professionals" they really are.

Τους έχω πάρει 3 τηλέφωνα, τις 2 φορές έλειπε ο υπεύθυνος και πάρε τηλέφωνο αύριο και την τρίτη που τελικά κατάφερα να μιλήσω με κάποιον, μου είπε ότι θα το ψάξει και θα μ' ενημερώσει. Έχουν περάσει 2 μέρες δε μ έχουν πάρει κάποιο τηλέφωνο και πλέον 10 Φεβρουαρίου δεν έχω παραλάβει την παραγγελία μου. 19 ημέρες για παραγγελία εντός Αττικής! Τους ζήτησα ν ακυρώσουν την παραγγελία και μου είπαν ότι δε γίνεται γιατί την έχουν αποστείλει, χωρίς όμως να μου έχουν δώσει τον κωδικό του κούριερ για να μπορέσω εντοπίσω την παραγγελία. Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. I placed an order on January 22nd and I have not received it yet. I have called them 3 times, the person in charge was missing 2 times and got a call tomorrow and the third time I finally managed to talk to someone, he told me that he would look it up and inform me. 2 days have passed and they have not received a phone call and now, on February 10, I have not received my order. 19 days for ordering within Attica! I asked them to cancel the order and they told me that it could not be done because they had sent it, but without giving me the courier code so that I could locate the order. Unacceptable service.
Α	Αναστασία Παναγοπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ντροπή πραγματικά για τέτοια συμβάντα που βιώνουμε σαν πολίτες σε μια τέτοια κρίσιμη περίοδο που διανύουμε στις μέρες μας λόγω του Covid-19! Έτυχε να νοσήσει κάποια γνωστή μου , η οποία καταβαλλόταν από πυρετο 39.5 και επειδή κανένα από τα εφημερεύοντα φαρμακεία δεν ήταν ανοιχτό , έτυχε να πέσουμε πάνω στο συγκεκριμένο το οποίο παρόλο που ήταν ανοιχτό και έκλεινε μόλις την ώρα που περνούσαμε , δεν μας δέχτηκε ! Ψάξαμε και αλλά κοντά στην περιοχή και επειδή δεν βρήκαμε έτυχε να ξανά περασουμε από το ίδιο μετά από 20 λεπτά και είδαμε να βγαίνουν 3 πελάτες από μέσα ! Στην προσπάθεια μας να βοηθήσουμε την γνωστή μας , η οποία επέφερε μας αρνήθηκαν να μας δώσουν έστω και ένα παυσίπονο ή να διενεργήσουνε ένα τεστ κοβιντ… ! ΝΤΡΟΠΗ ΝΤΡΟΠΗ ΚΑΙ ΠΑΛΙ ΝΤΡΟΠΗ ! Μιλάμε για ένα ΦΑΡΜΑΚΕΙΟ και για μια ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΟ , διακυβεύεται η ΥΓΕΙΑ μας ! Το συγκεκριμένο σχόλιο δεν το κάνω από ύβρη αλλά μόνο και μόνο για να μην βρεθεί (ελπίζω ) κανένας άλλος συμπολίτης μου σε μια τέτοια κρίσιμη θεση ! Να διενεργείτε σωστά και να κάνετε αυτό που πρεπει , προσφέρετε ένα χέρι βοήθειας ! Shame on such events that we experience as citizens in such a critical period that we are going through nowadays because of Covid-19! An acquaintance of mine happened to get sick, which was paid by fever 39.5 and because none of the on-duty pharmacies were open, we happened to fall on this one which, although it was open and closed just as we were passing, did not accept us! We searched but close to the area and because we did not find it happened to go through the same again after 20 minutes and we saw 3 customers coming out from inside! In our attempt to help our acquaintance, who brought us in, they refused to give us even a painkiller or to perform a quint test…! SHAME SHAME AGAIN SHAME! We are talking about a PHARMACY and an OPERATOR, our HEALTH is at stake! I do not make this comment out of insult but only so that (I hope) no other fellow citizen finds himself in such a critical position! To do the right thing and do the right thing, offer a helping hand!
