Το υφακι με το που σας είπα όχι , δεν θέλω να πληρώσω, ευχαριστώ. Εσάς η απάντηση που μου δώσατε σαν επαγγελματίες είναι , τέτοια ώρα που ήρθατε , χωρίς να με γνωρίζετε, χωρίς να γνωρίζετε αν εγώ έχω ειδοποιηθεί τελευταία στιγμή, χωρίς να γνωρίζετε γενικά αν μπορούσα να έρθω . Το { τέτοια ώρα που ήρθατε} δεν είναι απάντηση επαγγελματία σε έναν πελάτη και η κριτική μου αφορά την απάντηση αυτή και όχι για τα δωρεάν γιατί δεν τίθεται θέμα χρημάτων. Οπότε η κριτική γίνετε για την συμπεριφορά σας. Κλείστε το αν δεν θέλετε να εξυπηρετείτε. Πήγα για αγορά self test , καθώς δούλευα και σχολασα το απόγευμα και εφημέρευε το συγκεκριμένο φαρμακείο να ενημερώνουν κατά τις 18:00 που έφτασα ούτε τα δωρεάν self test είναι μέχρι τις 17:00 και ότι στις 18:00 τώρα θα τα πληρώσω. Μετά μου λένε από Δευτέρα πάλι τα δωρεάν. Η ξανθιά λοιπόν φαρμακοποιός με υφακι μου κάνει , τέτοια ώρα που ήρθες φυσικό είναι να πληρώσεις. Λες και με ξέρει , με αυτό το ύφος. Επαγγελματίες λέγονται αυτοί που έχουν ευγένεια και όχι υφακι .. κλείστε το καλύτερα για να μην πω κάτι άλλο Reply to your comment 21/06/21 It is not the issue that I was not served but the weft that you have as professionals to the customers. Και η απάντηση της κυριούλας στο κατάστημα "τι λες άμα σου έχουνε κάνει pcr σε φαρμακείο τότε σε δουλεύουν εδώ εμείς δεν κάνουμε παντός " . Απάντησα και εγώ όπως έπρεπε και τελείωσε η κλήση. Αγενεστατη και επιθετική. Και από ότι βλέπω στα σχόλια έχει και άλλες παρατηρήσεις για το τρόπο που απευθύνεται στους πελάτες.
