★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάλεσα στο τηλέφωνο προκειμένου να ενημερωθώ για τη διαθεσιμότητα ενός προϊόντος το οποίο εν τέλει δεν υπήρχε. Μου αντιπρότειναν αντίστοιχο άλλης εταιρείας και θέλησα να μάθω την τιμή και τα ml για να διαπιστώσω αν με ενδιέφερε η αγορά. Η απάντηση ήταν ελάτε από εδώ να το δείτε. Κι όταν ανταπάντησα ότι θα ήθελα να ξέρω για να μην έρχομαι ανεύ λόγου -αν δεν αντιστοιχεί το κόστος στα χρήματα που θέλω να διαθέσω τη δεδομένη στιγμή - η υπάλληλος/ιδιοκτήτρια (;) με ενημέρωσε προς έκπληξή μου, με μια επιμονή ανευ λόγου, ότι δεν αναφέρουν τις τιμές από το τηλέφωνο ποτέ (!), γεγονός πρωτοφανές για εμένα. Προφανώς βαριόταν να το κοιτάξει γιατί άλλες φορές μια χαρά είχα ενημερωθεί τηλεφωνικώς για τιμές προϊόντων από το ίδιο φαρμακείο. Το κατάστημα είναι πανέμορφο εσωτερικά, καθώς το έχω επισκεφθεί ουκ ολίγες φορές αλλά αυτό δεν αρκεί. Η ευγένεια και η προθυμία εξυπηρέτησης είναι το άλφα και το ωμέγα. Μου χάλασε τη διάθεση η εν λόγω κυρία και δεν πρόκειται να ξαναγοράσω από το συγκεκριμένο φαρμακείο.
I called on the phone to find out about the availability of a product that ultimately did not exist. I was offered a counterpart from another company and I wanted to know the price and the ml to find out if I was interested in the market. The answer was come here to see it. And when I replied that I would like to know so that I do not come without reason - if the cost does not correspond to the money I want to spend at the moment - the employee / owner (?) Informed me to my surprise, with an unreasonable insistence, that they never mention the prices over the phone (!), which is unprecedented for me. He was obviously bored to look at it because other times I had been fine informed by phone about product prices from the same pharmacy. The store is beautiful inside, as I have visited it a few times but that is not enough. Courtesy and willingness to serve are the alpha and omega. This lady spoiled my mood and I am not going to buy again from this pharmacy.

Βρήκα όσα έψαχνα σε αντικουνουπικά προϊόντα για όλη την οικογένεια, αντηλιακά προσώπου και σώματος και αδυνατιστικά σε μοναδικές προσφορές. Θα το επισκεφτώ πολύ σύντομα για συμπληρώματα διατροφής και κρέμες προσώπου. Μπράβο! Ίσως το καλύτερο φαρμακείο της περιοχής μας...
