Ξεκίνησα τις αγορές μου εκεί πριν 3 χρόνια, αναζητώντας μια ένεση αρκετά δυσεύρετη και έχοντας προσπελάσει όλα τα υπόλοιπα φαρμακεία της Πετρούπολης, καθώς μένω στα σύνορα με το Ίλιον, και τη βρήκα εκεί. Υπέροχη η κυρία Μαρία που έχει στόχο την καλύτερη δυνατή εξυπηρέτηση και όχι το κέρδος. Ο σεβασμός που εισπράττω κάθε φορά, η άριστη εξυπηρέτηση, οι φαρμακευτικές της συμβουλές και το ουσιαστικό της ενδιαφέρον κάνουν την επιλογή του φαρμακείου αυτού μονόδρομο. Είναι πεντακάθαρο, οργανωμένο, με ανταγωνιστικές τιμές, τεράστια ποικιλία και κάτι επίσης σημαντικό, είναι η ευρυθμία μεταξύ των υπαλλήλων.Είναι στιγμές που μοιραζόμαστε με το φαρμακοποιό μας, ως ασθενείς και όχι απλά πελάτες, και εκεί έχει πολύ μεγάλη σημασία να είναι λειτουργός ο φαρμακοποιός! Ενα μεγάλο μπράβο στην Μαρια και την ομάδα της μακάρι να ειναι όλοι οι επαγγελματίες ετσι. J	John Blade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για να πουλάει έτοιμα συσκευασμένα φάρμακα (δηλαδή super market φάση) είναι μια χαρά. Αν χρειαστείς όμως να σου φτιάξει μια αλοιφή ή λοσιόν ακόμα και την πιο απλή που σου'χει ζητήσει ο δερματολόγος (δύο συστατικών!!) τότε αρχίζουν τα δύσκολα. Δεν είναι η μόνη φορά που αρνήθηκε να μου φτιάξει κάποια λοσιόν. "Δεν έχω χρόνο", "δεν βρίσκω το συγκεκριμένο συστατικό στην αγορά", "έχω φόρτο εργασίας", "καλύτερα να απευθυνθείτε σε άλλον συνάδελφο" είναι οι συνήθεις δικαιολογίες. Με αποκορύφωμα το τελευταίο, λες και θα κάτσω να παρακαλέσω για το αυτονόητο δηλαδή να κάνει την δουλειά της. Φυσικά και πήγα σε άλλο φαρμακείο, (δεν περίμενα την εν λόγω κυρία να με προτρέψει) και μου έφτιαξε την περιβόητη λοσιόν των δύο συστατικών σε ένα δεκάλεπτο!! Δεν υπάρχει λόγος να ξαναπάω εκεί,από φαρμακεία πληθώρα! To sell ready-made packaged drugs (ie super market phase) is fine.
