★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öffnungszeit sagt 8:30 - aber um 8:30 ist zu. Gegen 8:40 kommt die Angestellte / Besitzerin gemächlich im Schneckentempo ohne jegliche Eile angeschlendert. Keinerlei Entschuldigung, dass man zu spät ist. Dann werden im gleichen Zeitlupentempo erst mal die Lichter angemacht, die Fußmatte rausgeschoben und so weiter. Bis dann alles zur Öffnung bereit war, war es 8:50. Als wäre das nicht schon schlimmster Kundenservice, setzte man dann noch die Krone auf - die Beratung erfolgte, als wäre es eine Zumutung, dass überhaupt Kunden um 8:30 da stehen, und mit absoluter Arroganz..
Kann jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen, diese Apotheke zu meiden und zur anderen in der Nähe zu gehen!!!
Opening time says 8:30 - but 8:30 is closed. Around 8:40 am, the employee / owner strolls leisurely at a snail's pace without any hurry. No excuse for being late. Then the lights are switched on, the doormat pushed out and so on in the same slow motion pace. It was 8:50 by the time everything was ready to open. As if that wasn't the worst customer service, you put the crown on it - the advice was given as if it were an impertinence that customers should be there at 8:30, and with absolute arrogance ..
Highly recommend everyone to avoid this pharmacy and go to the other one nearby !!!
