In a conversation I had with the store a little while ago 5-10-21 and at 09:45 my lady said that due to the large volume of orders there is this delay. Nevertheless I had to call and be interested and not them as a store! ! The icing on the cake was to tell me that it will be completed today and I will receive it by Friday !!! and I ask her why not tomorrow and she tells me with a comfort that from the time the order is completed, 1-3 days begin to count! !! Shame on you, I'm just sorry !!!

I asked for a price for a product to send someone to pick up, and they did not give me a price only from the store they say we can tell you. the conclusions are yours.

I made an order on 6/6 with number 100216104. On 7/9 I receive a notification that Thea Synapsis Thealoz Duo 10 ml is expected directly from your supplier. Since there is no mobility in the order, I will contact you by phone on 10/9 and you will tell me that one Arnica cream (out of the 3 I ordered) does not exist, so you expect it from the supplier. I tell you to remove the cream and send the order because it is already too late and I need immediately what I ordered. You say you will send it and it will come Monday / Tuesday (13-14 / 9). Yesterday (14/9) I see that there is still no mobility in the order. I call you and you tell me that you have not sent it yet because you have a job and you will send it today tomorrow. Tomorrow came (15/9) and still nothing. 1) Why do not you update your site since you are missing so many products ?? Which would not bother me so much: 2) If you were not so late to receive them from the supplier, and mainly you were constantly communicating with the customer when you did not have something 3) If you did not tell 2 lies that you would send them and you did not send them in the end. Unacceptable. 4) If I did not wait 9+ days to receive an order that supposedly there was everything and you charge shipping. Why? because the process of processing and sending your order is so fast; 5) WHY DO I HAVE A RETURN OF € 7.54 on the 2nd order you made after the arnica (100216951) was removed while the arnica costs € 9.54? I had put a € 2 coupon in the 1st order. I have never encountered a worse service, especially from a pharmacy that everyone sends in 1-2 days.
