Απαράδεκτο φαρμακείο. Έκανε χρήση του ΑΜΚΑ του παιδιού μου χωρίς να με ενημερώσει. Πριν δύο βδομάδες πήγα με μια βεβαίωση από το σχολείο για να παραλάβω δύο rapid και δύο self test δωρεάν. Λάθος μου γιατί έπρεπε να απευθυνθώ σε δημόσια δομή. Βέβαια ούτε από το φαρμακείο μου είπαν ότι δε μπορούν να μου τα δώσει. Λίγες μέρες μετά από το σχολείο με ενημέρωσαν ότι το φαρμακείο με έψαχνε. Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους και μου ζήτησαν το ΑΜΚΑ του παιδιού. Σήμερα πήγα σε ένα άλλο φαρμακείο να πάρω τα τεστ που δικαιούται το παιδί και φαινόταν ότι τα είχα πάρει. Με ενημέρωσαν ότι δε μπορώ να κάνω χρήση της βεβαίωσης σε φαρμακείο αλλά σε δημοσια δομή μόνο. Έτσι σκέφτηκα ότι κάτι έγινε με αυτό το φαρμακείο. Πήρα τηλέφωνο και τους είπα να περάσω να πληρώσω τα προηγούμενα τεστ. Και η απάντηση ήταν ναι. Δε μπήκαν καν στη διαδικασία να μου πουν ότι τα είχαν χρεώσει ήδη. Και το ένα αστέρι στην αξιολόγηση είναι γιατί είναι υποχρεωτικό.

Unacceptable pharmacy. He used my child's AMKA without informing me. Two weeks ago I went with a certificate from the school to receive two rapid and two self tests for free. My mistake because I had to address a public structure. Of course, the pharmacy did not even tell me that they could not give them to me. A few days after school I was informed that the pharmacy was looking for me. I contacted them and they asked me for the child's AMKA. Today I went to another pharmacy to get the tests that the child is entitled to and it seemed that I had taken them. I was informed that I can not use the certificate in a pharmacy but only in a public structure. So I thought something happened to this pharmacy. I called and told them to pay for the previous tests. And the answer was yes. They did not even go through the process of telling me that they had already been charged. And one star in the rating is because it is mandatory.
