I put the 3 stars because while I am a customer for years the staff treats me every time as if I entered the pharmacy for the first time, that is, distanced and cold and this has made a special impression on me ... Also because the pharmacy as I mentioned above is particularly attractive especially for a woman because of the plethora of cosmetics, there are times when I want in addition to buying medicines, to take a look at cosmetics and maybe even buy something from them. But every time I am prevented by the behavior of the staff that constantly follows me every step of the way and makes me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. They should take the example of Mr. Thanasouras, who is always cordial and cheerful.

I visited the pharmacy for the first time and last time. At the entrance he mentioned that the rapids take place at the side door. I went to the side door and after waiting for 2-3 minutes no one came, so I decided to go to the pharmacy. I asked to do a rapid test and they told me to go to the side again. I gave my AMKA, name and I was asked for ID. When I asked why I was identified, they answered "for identities". Due to work since September 2021 I do two tests a week and I have visited dozens of pharmacies. I have never been asked for an ID. The whole procedure took place at the side door of the pharmacy. I did not even go inside with 3 degrees outside temperature. I understand that the transaction is done outside the pharmacy, I just can not understand why the data and payment could not be done inside the pharmacy as is the case everywhere. An hour later I called because the result had not been uploaded to the platform and I asked if they would ever upload it. The girl on the phone answered "how do you know" and I told her that I entered the platform and there is no test. The answer was "sometimes late" which also has not happened to me in the dozens of rapids I have done. Turning off the phone after half a minute, the result had gone up completely by accident. For the story the cost was 10 euros, when everywhere the prices are 5-8 euros MAX.
