★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η επικοινωνία ήταν τηλεφωνική, με εξυπηρέτησαν την δευτερη φορά που μιλήσαμε( είχαν προηγηθεί φορές που δεν το σήκωσαν καν) και ενώ δεν υπήρχε το σκεύασμα που ζήτησα στο κατάστημα, δεν μπήκαν σε διαδικασία αναζήτησής του.
 The communication was by phone, they served me the second time we talked (there had been times before they did not even pick it up) and while there was no product I asked for in the store, they did not go through the search process.
