★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πανάκριβο....Ένα bio true σχεδόν 15€ ενώ η μέση τιμή του είναι 8,50€.Και ενώ ανέφερα ότι είναι αρκετά υψηλή η τιμή δεν μου έδωσαν καμία απάντηση
Expensive .... A bio true almost 15 € while its average price is 8.50 €. And while I mentioned that the price is quite high they did not give me any answer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς, παρότι με βόλευει αφάνταστα, έχω σταματήσει να πηγαίνω γιατί η ειρωνική κυρία κάθε φορά που φέρνω συνταγή και ζητάω φάμακο γενόσημο (το οποίο το έχει προτίνει καθηγητής ιατρός που παίρνει 130 ευρώ την επίσκεψη) προσπαθεί να με πείσει να μην πάρω γενόσημο. Πόθεν που μία απλή υπάλληλος φαρμακείου ξέρει καλύτερα από καθηγητή γιατρό; Ο Χαϊμαλάς στο μετρό Αιγάλεω είναι κλάσεις ανώτερος στην εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη.
Unfortunately, although it suits me unimaginably, I have stopped going because the ironic lady every time I bring a prescription and ask for a generic drug (which has been suggested by a medical professor who pays 130 euros per visit) tries to convince me not to take a generic. How can a simple pharmacist know better than a doctor? Haimalas in the metro Egaleo are classes superior in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειμαι πελάτης πολλά χρόνια στο συγκεκριμένο φαρμακείο και σήμερα πήγα να κάνω ένα rapid test .Το κόστος του ήταν 10 ευρώ πολύ πιο πάνω από το μέσω όρο της αγοράς.
Στην ερώτηση μου εάν πουλάνε self test για να πάρω μαζί μου ,μου απάντησαν ότι δεν έχουν διαθέσιμο...(δεν ξέρω γιατί, ενώ για να κάνουν με 10 ευρώ είχαν διαθέσιμο)
Σαν καταναλωτής και πελάτης αυτής της επιχειρήσης ένιωσα πολύ ενοχλημένος και δεν θα την ξανά προτιμήσω στο μέλλον.
I have been a customer for many years in this pharmacy and today I went to do a rapid test. Its cost was 10 euros much higher than the average purchase.
To my question if they sell self test to take with me, they answered that they do not have available ... (I do not know why, while to do with 10 euros they had available)
As a consumer and customer of this business I felt very annoyed and will not prefer it again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς διπλάσια τιμή σε προϊόντα. Βέβαια υπήρχε η δικαιολογία ότι αγοράζουν λίγα ΤΕΜ και δεν τους κάνει εκπτωση η εταιρεία. Μας αναγκάζουν να κάνουμε μόνο ιντερνετικες αγορες
Unfortunately double the price of products. Of course there was the excuse that they buy a few TEMs and the company does not give them a discount. They only force us to make online purchases
