Η δική μου εμπειρία έχει να κάνει ως υποψήφιος συνεργάτης για την θέση του Επιθεωρητή πωλήσεων στην Αθήνα. Έχοντας στείλει το βιογραφικό μου στην εν λόγω εταιρεία, δέχτηκα την περασμένη Πέμπτη τηλεφώνημα από μια κοπέλα για να κανονίσουμε μια συνέντευξη με τον υπευθυνο του τμήματος. Ενώ λοιπόν όλα κυλούσαν καλά, φτάνοντας στο τελικό στάδιο για να κλεισουμε το ραντεβού, δέχομαι την ερώτηση αν έχω πιστοποιητικό εμβολιασμού; εξηγώ στην κοπέλα οτι δεν είμαι εμβολιασμένος αλλά διατίθεμαι να κάνω όλα τα απαραίτητα τέστ για να βρεθώ στην συνάντηση. Έλαβα τότε την εξής απάντηση με τρεμάμενη φωνή της κοπέλας: "ξέρετε εμείς εδώ είμαστε όλοι εμβολιασμενοι και ο κυριος Κ δεν δέχεται ανεμβολιαστους στην εταιρεία. Θα μιλήσω μαζί του και θα σας ενημερώσω εκ νέου." Για να μην κουράζω ακόμα περιμένω ενημέρωση. Εν έτη 2022 πρωτη φορα συναντώ στην ζωή μου τέτοιο discrimination, το οποίο απαγορευεται ρητά από την Ευρωπαϊκή νομοθεσία. Ο κυριος Κ προφανως δεν γνωρίζει καλά τους νόμους και δυστυχώς εχει αναλάβει μια καίρια θέση στην εταιρεία. Μπορώ κάλλιστα να προβω σε καταγγελία και είναι κάτι που θα κάνω απευθειας στα κεντρικά της εταιρείας. Δεν αναφέρω τό όνομα του κυρίου για ευνόητους λόγους και ανάλογα την απάντηση που θα πάρω από τα κεντρικά τους. Αλλιώς θα γίνει επίσημη αναφορά στο επόμενο μου σχόλιο. Οι εργατικές νομοθεσίες υπάρχουν για να διασφαλίζουν την σωστή αξιολόγηση των υποψηφίων, χωρίς να γίνεται διαχωρισμός για οποιαδήποτε λόγο και πρέπει να τηρούνται στο ακέραιο.
