★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο φάρος στον Αγιο Σώστη κατασκευάστηκε το 1859. Το ύψος του πέτρινου κυλινδρικού του πύργου είναι 11,5 μέτρα και το εστιακό του ύψος είναι 12 μέτρα. Βρίσκεται στο ομώνυμο νησάκι στη λιμνοθάλασσα του Μεσολογγίου, στο οποίο η πρόσβαση γίνεται μόνο με τις ειδικές βάρκες που χρησιμοποιούν οι ψαράδες της λιμνοθάλασσας, λόγω του πολύ μικρού βάθους της θάλασσας.
The lighthouse in Agios Sostis was built in 1859. The height of the stone cylindrical tower is 11.5 meters and its focal height is 12 meters. It is located on the island of the same name in the lagoon of Messolonghi, which is accessible only by special boats used by fishermen of the lagoon, due to the very shallow depth of the sea.
