★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ όμορφος και καλοδιατηρημένος ο φάρος, εξωτερικά! Εσωτερικά δεν ξέρω. Ελπίζω να είναι επισκέψιμος, δεν το γνωρίζω, αλλά θα άξιζε!
 The lighthouse is very beautiful and well maintained, outside! Internally I do not know. I hope it can be visited, I do not know, but it would be worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρόσβαση μέσω πατημένου χωματόδρομου από παραλία Κάβου. Η παραλία της βόρειας πλευράς του φάρου με χοντρό βότσαλο μέσα και έξω. Η παραλία της νότιας πλευράς με λεπτό βότσαλο. Η θάλασσα με βότσαλο και με έντονη κλίση, όχι για παιχνίδια στη θάλασσα, με παιδιά κτλ. Τα νερά πεντακάθαρα, γαλανά, αισθητά τα ρεύματα. Και οι δυο παραλίες είναι ερημικές, με χώρο για στάθμευση, χωρίς καφέ κτλ πλησίον. Αξίζει η επίσκεψη.
Access via a dirt road from Kavos beach. The beach on the north side of the lighthouse with thick pebbles inside and out. The beach on the south side with fine pebbles. The sea with pebbles and with a steep slope, not for sea games, with children, etc. The waters are crystal clear, blue, the currents are noticeable. Both beaches are deserted, with parking space, no cafe etc nearby. Worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία.... Χωματόδρομος αλλά βατος δρόμος περίπου 4 χιλιόμετρα από το κάβο.... Μου φάνηκε λίγο παραμελλημενο....
Very beautiful location .... Dirt road but passable road about 4 km from the cape .... It seemed a little neglected ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα ήρεμο τοπίο, ένας φάρος σε μια αμμουδερή μύτη που γεμίζει λουλούδια την άνοιξη! Ο δρόμος μέχρι εκεί ιδιαίτερα δύσβατος.
A tranquil landscape, a lighthouse on a sandy nose filled with flowers in spring! The road up there is very difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there as an officer of Hellinic Navy with my family. Great view, fantastic clear waters. Its an historic protected monument.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lighthouse is a wonderful preserved building located outside of Vasilina.
If you are to visit the area make sure to take the route that comes from the sea and not from the mountain. Also be careful since the area has snakes.
The closest supermarket is located Saint George (agios georgios) but its best if you buy from Edipsos.
The building works daily but access is prohibited for everyone except Helenic Navy staff and their families.
It has 270 degrees of beach around with crystal clear waters but sadly due to high winds and currents lots of trash gets washed out.
