Απεύφευγαν συνεχώς να απαντήσουν ενω τίθεται θέμα ΖΩΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΘΑΝΑΤΟΥ για το κατοικίδιό μου. Οταν ζήτησα να μου στείλουν μέσω email την απάντηση που μου δίνουν τηλεφωνικώς μου ειρωνεύτηκαν οτι μάλλον μιλάμε άλλη γλώσσα. ΑΠΛΑ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!!
 UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR in my telephone communication to find out the exact dosage that my dog should receive for the treatment of leishmaniasis and for any side effects of the treatment. They constantly avoided answering while raising the issue of LIFE AND DEATH for my pet. When I asked them to email me the answer they were giving me over the phone, they made fun of me for saying that we probably spoke another language. JUST UNACCEPTABLE !!
