★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, a trattoria that has the oven off during lunchtime with at least 30 min. to wait for a pizza it's dubious. So we went for pasta. It's call trattoria and the pasta is not house-made at all. 3rd, we asked 3 different plates, ALL THE SAME PASTA: one added olives and Feta and become Greek pasta; the other they add bacon and cheese and become a "grated pasta". I seriously think the chef didn't come to work, can't think of another reasonably explanation.
4th, they didn't have small beers. Last but not least, service was like the guy lived still with his parents and had to work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want to risk for the pizza...I wouldn't. They just profit of being frontline to the bay. The sight is beautiful (that explains the lonely star)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place! We really enjoyed the evening there and came back once more. The owners are very friendly and the house wine should not be missed! When we arrived we were the only guests and straight away the fireplace was put on to keep us nice and comfy. If you visit Pylos and fancy some Italian/Mediterranean food you should visit this place. The chicken in Parmesan sauce was delicious and everything was prepared to very high standards and more reasonably priced than other places around there area too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience at this lovely Italian restaurant which is run by very friendly people. As soon as we walked in, we felt very welcomed by the friendly staff. We ordered a salad, another starter and for main course a pizza and a portion of Bolognese pasta. Everything was very tasty and well presented. The service was excellent and we got the opportunity to chat with the owners. For sure the restaurant has amazing views of Pylos town and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend it if you are in the area and looking for a change of cuisine, other than Greek food of course.
