★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία πλήρωσα 4,99 έξοδα αποστολής. Το προϊόν μου χρειαζόταν αλλαγή στο νούμερο και πήρα τηλέφωνο. Μου είπαν πως πρέπει να στείλω email , μετά να πληρώσω 4,99 να τους τα στειλω πισω και στη συνέχεια να ξανά πληρώσω 4,99 για να μου στείλουν το σωστό νούμερο. Και όταν τους είπα πως μπορώ να πάω από το κατάστημα να κάνω την αλλαγή μου είπαν πως δεν γίνεται, η μόνη λύση είναι να πληρώσω τόσα μεταφορικά και να μπω σε αυτή τη διαδικασία γτ έτσι είναι η πολιτική τους. Απαράδεκτοι.
I made an online order and paid 4.99 shipping costs. My product needed a change in number and I called. They told me that I had to email, then pay 4.99 to send them back and then pay 4.99 again to send me the correct number. And when I told them I could go out of the store to make the change, they told me it wasn't, the only solution was to pay so much for shipping and get in the process so that's their policy. Unacceptable.

I ORDERED A JACKET WORTH 210 EUROS AND THE PACKAGE DID NOT CONTAIN A PROOF, I CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND BY MAIL AND ON THE PHONE AND THEY TOLD ME WHAT THEY WOULD TELL ME I'M STILL WAITING:!! UNACCEPTABLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκανα παραγγελια μεσω διαδικτυου και δεν μπορουσα να την ολοκληρωσω,στο τηλ με βοηθησανε και ολα μια χαρα.το απογευμα εγινε η παραγγελια την αλλη μερα το πρωι με πηραν τηλ και πηγα και την παρελαβα απο το καταστημα στην αθηνα.και εκει οι δυο κυριοι ηταν πολυ φιλικοι.μπραβο σε ολους σας
I made an order online and I could not complete it, on the phone they helped me and everything was fine. In the afternoon the order was made the next morning they called me and I went and picked it up from the store in athens. And there the two gentlemen were very friendly. well done to all of you
