ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ πέρασε η προγραμματισμένη ώρα παράδοσης που οι ίδιοι με είχαν ενημερώσει με μνμ τους την προηγούμενη μέρα και πήρα τηλ ρωτώντας να μου πουν απλά αν θα αργήσουν...με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι η παραγγελία είναι καθοδόν και ότι θα με καλέσουν συντομα...περασε η ώρα κανένας δεν επικοινώνησε τους ξαναπαίρνω τηλ και τους πρότεινα να έρθουν ότι ώρα θέλουν αρκεί να το ξέρω, για να κάνω το πρόγραμμα της δουλειάς μου... αυτοί σε δύο συνεχόμενα τηλ μου έλεγαν πως η παραγγελία είναι στο δρόμο και θα επικοινωνήσουν σύντομα μαζί μου. Κανένας δεν επικοινώνησε...η ώρα περνούσε και ξαναπήρα για να μου πουν πως η παραγγελία μου δεν είναι στο πρόγραμμα να γίνει.... έφτασα σε σημείο να πάρω την Leroy Merlin για να τους πω να ακυρώσουν την παράδοση και ότι θα το παραλάβω από το κατάστημα τους καθώς η μεταφορική είναι για Όσκαρ... Whatever I say is a little ... UNDERSTANDABLE the scheduled delivery time that they had informed me with their mnm the day before and I got on the phone asking them to just tell me if they will be late ... they assured me that the order is on the way and that they will call me soon ... the time has passed, no one contacted them, I call them again and I suggested them to come whenever they want, as long as I know it, to do my work schedule ... they told me in two consecutive phone calls that the order is on the way and will contact me soon. No one contacted ... the time passed and I took it again to be told that my order is not scheduled to be made .... I got to the point of getting Leroy Merlin to tell them to cancel the delivery and that I would receive it from their store as the shipping is for Oscars ...

Απαράδεκτη η «ένωση Μακεδονίας» που μεταφέρει για λογαριασμό σας, και στην παράδοση και στην συμπεριφορά επικοινωνίας .Αν δεν είχε πληρωθεί προκαταβολικά η μεταφορά, θα υπήρχε τέτοια συμπεριφορά άραγε; Review your partners and how you communicate with them! Καλώ καθημερινά επι μια βδομάδα για να μαθω για το δέμα μου που έχει καθυστερήσει 15 μέρες και η μόνη απάντηση που λαμβάνω είναι ότι κάνανε αίτημα για να με ενημερώσουν !! Κ δεν υπάρχει κανένας αρμόδιος πέρα από το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο !!! Απαράδεκτοι με όλη την σημασία της λέξης!!! UNACCEPTABLE !!!!! Τελικά έπειτα από αρκετές προσπάθειες μου για επικοινωνία μαζί τους στις 4, ενημερώθηκα πως θα είναι εδώ στις 7. Τελικά δεν ήρθαν ποτέ και κανόνισαν να έρθουν άλλη μέρα. Unfortunately unacceptable service. They sent me a message that my product will arrive at my place 12-2 at noon. ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟΊ! ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΟΙ!ΑΝΤΙΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΕΣ! And one star is too much for you because otherwise I could not write! Άσε που σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία δύο φορές μου λεν ότι δεν έχει φύγει καν από τις αποθήκες τους. If I could put zero I would put it I have ordered for two weeks from leroy merlin a stove and while it has been delivered to fdl from 6/6 they do not say to deliver. Από 14/4 έχουν παραλάβει την παραγγελία από Leroy Merlin δεν έχουν κάνει παράδοση και όταν τους τηλ επί 4 φορές εκείνοι λένε ότι έχουν κάνει την παράδοση !!!!!! Φυσικά υπεύθυνος δεν υπάρχει και δεν σε συνδέουν με κανέναν !Απαράδεκτοι άχρηστοι γελοίοι ! Ποτέ ξανά. Unacceptable !!!! Ridiculous.
