★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and calm stay, the studio is 5 minutes from the beach and is in a very calm area which I find lovely. The studio is small but has everything you need. The owner is very available and helped me with directions and everything I needed. I don't like to stay in crowded places and try to avoid hotels and hostels, Faekia apartments was the best choice I made. Very happy! If I come back to Corfu I will stay there again.I totally recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware! After our booking, zero communication from the host's side and the worst accommodation arrangement unless you would like to risk having no place to stay at all. We contacted the host a few weeks before our arrival to make sure everything was ok since we are in the middle of a global pandemic. After a long silence and only after interference from the Airbnb, the host, Spyridon, finally confirmed in writing six weeks before our scheduled arrival that everything is ok and they are expecting us. However, precisely 14 days before our scheduled trip, he cancelled our reservation without a single excuse, leaving us in a difficult situation. Airbnb and other booking platforms should ban this accommodation for being utterly unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a terrible experience with the property manager. Apparently, he offers Feakia apartments on multiple booking platforms and whoever places the most favorable bid gets the place. He cancelled our existing booking without any excuses several days before our scheduled arrival. As we unfortunately found out after probing further, someone else booked the same place via another platform.…Imagine buying your plane tickets, arranging everything, only to hear your booking is being cancelled last minute. To rub salt to the wound, there is no other descent place you can possibly book on short notice because it is high season with 99% occupancy rate :(
I strongly advise against booking the Feakia properties unless you have a good travel insurance that covers last minute unilateral cancellations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place, yard is delightful, very close to the beach and bars/restaurants, air conditioning. There is a free access to the barbecue. However, the contact with the owner via Airbnb was really bad until the last day before the check-in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfect stay, very well equipped kitchen, great beds, a yard with a little playground for the kids. Sea is just 5 minutes through a beautiful path, easily walkable. The host is friendly and easily accessible. Highly recommended for families with small kids for a perfect holiday.
