v	valantis kontos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα το λάθος και αγόρασα από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα με το καλάθι Σκρουτζ....Η παραγγελία μου κόστιζε 20,72€ ,κατά την παραλαβή από συγγενικό μου πρόσωπο η κούριερ του ζήτησε δύο φορές το ίδιο ποσό για δύο διαφορετικά δέματα...Το δεύτερο δέμα περιείχε μια ηλεκτρική οδοντόβουρτσα την οποία δεν παρήγγειλα ποτέ... Έγινε επιστροφή του λανθασμένου δέματος μέσω Σκρουτζ και αντί να μου επιστρέψουν όλο το ποσό (20,72€) μου επέστρεψαν 18,72€..Μου κράτησαν 2€..για ένα πακέτο το οποίο δεν παρήγγειλα ποτέ!!! Η κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο μου είπε ότι η κράτηση έγινε από το Σκρουτζ και όχι από τους ίδιους...Το θέμα είναι ότι το λάθος τους το πλήρωσα εγώ!! My order cost € 20.72, upon receipt from a relative, the courier asked him twice for the same amount for two different parcels ... The second package contained an electric toothbrush which I never ordered ... The wrong package was returned via Scrooge and instead of returning the entire amount (€ 20.72) they returned it to me € 18.72 ..They kept me € 2 ..for a package that I never ordered !!! The girl on the phone told me that the reservation was made by Scrooge and not by them ... The thing is that I paid for their mistake !!

Σε επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα ενημερώθηκα ότι λόγω λάθους στην αποθήκη αναμένεται να παραλάβω τις υπόλοιπες 50. Τελικά, ήρθε ένα δέμα 25τμχ(!!), άλλης μάρκας, χωρίς να λάβω καμία ειδοποιήση περί μή διαθεσιμότητας αυτών που παρήγγειλα αρχικά. Όταν ρώτησα εάν υπάρχει διαφορά τιμής ανάμεσα στα δύο προϊόντα, η απάντηση ήταν, "ΟΧΙ ΟΧΙ Η ΙΔΙΑ ΕΙΝΑΙ". Ενώ είναι εμφανής η ποιοτική τους διαφορά. Δεν το συνέχισα γιατί από το "σκασμένο" ύφος αυτού που επικοινωνώ στο τηλέφωνο καταλαβαίνω ότι τρώνε παλούκι και δεν θέλω να το τραβήξω περισσότερο. Πολύ δύσκολα θα τους ξαναπροτιμήσω. I ordered 100pcs. Asepta brand gauze. After 5-6 days I received 50pcs. In contact with the store I was informed that due to an error in the warehouse I am expected to receive the remaining 50. Finally, a package of 25pcs (!!), of another brand, arrived, without receiving any notification about the unavailability of the ones I originally ordered. When I asked if there was a price difference between the two products, the answer was, "NO, NOT THE SAME". While their quality difference is obvious. I did not continue because from the "cracked" style of what I communicate on the phone I understand that they are eating a stick and I do not want to pull it anymore. I will hardly prefer them again.
