Καταπληκτική δουλειά, συνέπεια και συνεργασία. Παρά πολύ καλό αποτέλεσμα και όμορφος ο νέος πίνακας..Εξάλλου αυτή η συνεργασία κρατάει 20 χρόνια.

Ως διαχειριστής στην οικοδομή που μένω αποφασίσαμε μετά από 50 χρόνια να αλλάξουμε τα θυροτηλέφωνα μας, σε 38 διαμερίσματα. Είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος από την συνεργασία μου με την εταιρία Fermax Hellas. Οι τεχνικοί της εταιρίας κατέβαλαν την κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια στο έπακρο, και ήρθαν αρκετές φορές στην οικοδομής μας, ώστε να λύσουν οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα παρουσιάστηκε στο σύστημα των θυροτηλεοράσεων. Δεν ήταν καθόλου εύκολη δουλειά, αλλά με υπομονή και συνεργασία, η λειτουργία του όλου συστήματος των θυροτηλεφώνων και θυροτηλεοράσεων λειτούργησε κανονικά. Επίσης, και οι τιμές της εταιρίας ήταν προσιτές. Θα συνιστούσα την εταιρία ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους όσους θα ήθελαν να αλλάξουν το σύστημα των θυροτηλεφώνων τους. Είναι σωστοί επαγγελματίες!

ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ!!! Ένα μήνα περίπου με πολλά τηλεφωνήματα για να έρθει ο τεχνικός να δει το πρόβλημα. ΕΝΑΣ τεχνικός για ΟΛΌΚΛΗΡΗ την ανατολική Θεσσαλονίκη Κανονικό γράψιμο!!! ΝΤΡΟΠΉ!!! Όταν πήρα να ρωτήσω τι θα γίνει και ότι έχω πια πρόβλημα, μου απάντησαν ότι "δεν έχει σημασία πόσο περιμένετε". Στην ερώτηση πότε θα περάσει ο τεχνικός η απάντηση τους είναι ΔΕΝ ΞΕΡΩ. Σε έντονο ύφος και στον τηλεφωνικό διαπληκτισμό μεταξύ μας, αφού αγανάκτησα με την απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά τους, μου έκλεισαν το τηλέφωνο, αφού πρώτα μου είπαν ότι δεν θα εξυπηρετηθώ!!! Καθόλου επαγγελματίες, αγενείς και υπερόπτες. Αυτοαποκαλούνται επιστήμονες ενώ ξέρουν πολύ καλά ότι υπάρχουν μόνο γιατί είναι οι φθηνότεροι στην αγορά και γι΄αυτό τους επιλεγούν οι εργολάβοι. Κανένας άλλος επαγγελματίας δεν μπορεί να σε βοηθήσει γιατί δεν θέλει να μπλέξει με την κακή εξυπηρέτηση αυτής της εταιρίας. Επόμενη κίνηση, εξώδικο!!! Ένα αστέρι και πολύ τους είναι. Μηδέν αξίζουν.

Πριν λίγο καιρό κάναμε σαν πολυκατοικία μια Συνεργασία με το υπέροχο σύστημα Θυροτηλεορασεων Fermax που βρίσκεται στην Σταυρούπολη Θασσαλονικης Λαγκαδά 233 Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι με τον τρόπο που μας αντιμετώπισαν φιλικά και με άψογο Σέρβις Έγινε η Εγκατάσταση με Επιτυχία σε δύο μέρες και με την συνεχή και απρόσκοπτη Εργασία μας τοποθέτησαν τις οθόνες στα διαμερίσματα μας και μείναμε όλοι μας πολύ ικανοποιημένοι για την Συνεργασία αυτή Από σήμερα μπορούμε να ελέγχουμε την Είσοδο μας και να ανοίγουμε με μπρελόκ την Εξώπορτα μας ..κάτι πολύ σημαντικό!! A new experience welcomed by everyone in our block of flats. Installation of a new video door entry system replacing an old fashioned conventional one. Outdoor panel with access control - a great convenience - VEO Monitor 4.3'' with a headset at all flats but one where a VEO - XS Monitor was installed due to lack of space and an advanced one with a Wi-Fi system where everything can be managed from any device such as Mobile phone, tablet etc. wherever you might be. All too easy with the use of Duox Plus system. In some hours all worked perfectly. Experienced, approachable and reliable staff of a unique, trustworthy company. They did exactly what they had promised and even more. Main features and tips worthy of note: Access control. A very useful extra component. Comfort and ease when for any reason you cannot use your key to enter. Camera lens which meets the needs and demands of the block residents. Monitor VEO 4,3'' with and without a headset. Perfect material and finish which can be easily cleaned. Slim Colour Monitor with cinema-like resolution. Minimalism in a state - of - the - art stylish product. Simplicity and functionality. You have to see for yourself to understand. Key functions: the headset of the monitor has a magnet incorporated which makes it very easy to put it back into position correctly without any fear of fall or breakage. It automatically captures a picture every time a visitor calls even when you are away. It can store up to 150 photos which start being deleted when complete. As regards the cost, I dare say after detailed market research, taking their offer with extras into consideration, it was best value for money by all accounts indeed. I strongly recommend the company to everyone looking for quality products, expertise and professionalism.

Not professionals, stay away. We had to replace a video camera in the building and after a call to arrange an appointment they managed to come within three weeks.. After a year and although that the camera was not having a good picture (definitely not like the older one before it crashes), i called them to let them know about this issue and we arranged the visit of a technician to check it. After almost two months noone has showed up so i called them receiving the same reply which is that someone will come the next few days. These kind of people made me immigrate 11 years ago and fortunately i do not have to deal with them anymore. Of course i felt the obligation to inform the authorized people in the headquorters of the company in order to be aware of the level of the people that they are cooperating with. Good luck to whoever choose Fermax..

I wish all this energy and effort I saw the last 24hours in reviewing or proposing employees, relatives, friends etc. to make a five-star review to be given in just working and offering your services. We tried to solve our problem by contacting several times the last 2 months in order to come an expert and see what's happening and the vision is blurred and the answer that we've got all that times was: "Someone will come soon". The last call from us was yesterday and they even call us names because we wanted to define us how soon is "soon". What they mean by "soon"? The first time we heard "soon" was 2 months ago...We are very disappointed about their services and their manners, so be careful and choose professionals.
