★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a booking with Ferryhopper for a number of trips but inadvertently put the wrong date for one of them. When I contacted Ferryhopper, they responded within the day and advised me how to fix this situation. I rebooked on the correct date, and received a refund for the previous trip.
This was excellent service and all done in a most timely and helpful manner. What a relief to have such support. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a lot of research, we went with Ferryhopper to book our island hopping ferry tickets. This company is (sincerely) the best! The ferry prices were actually cheaper than other websites/companies, and (because I was doing everything via my mobile) when I messed up my check-in with one of our trips, they literally fixed everything and sent me my tickets in less then 4 hours from the time I had emailed them (at 18:00 on a Wednesday night)! Totally stress-free, excellent customer service and great pricing. Thank you, Ferryhopper!! ?

Can’t recommend the customer care enough & if this is the standard then I’ll be booking all my ferry trips with these guys.

From the moment I advised them of our cancellation, they assured me once I had new dates they would be happy to accommodate. And they absolutely did! Professional, kind and helpful! Will recommend to my friends, family and fellow travellers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking ferries with this company is easy and hassle-free. If you’re just booking one ferry it’s simple, but you really notice how good it is when booking island-hopping. You can easily add each island and the date you want to leave and book all tickets as a bulk order. It’s so much easier than other ferry companies.
Also the customers service team are wonderful and always answered my questions so quickly. Definitely recommend booking your boating travels with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased two tickets one week advance, then only found out COVID positive less than one hour later. So I canceled my purchase. The penalty is 50% plus €9 fee (or €6). The fee of €9 is totally legit but 50% for two tickets one week in the future? I would totally willing to pay if the tickets are for next day and your business could be at a lost, but one week ahead? Someone is laughing at me, I know it. Just be aware and try to stay away from this kind of business.
