★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αριθμός παραγγελίας 21860 παρέλαβαν την παραγγελία 18/12 στις 24/12 την πήρε η ΔΕΛΑΤΟΛΑΣ μεταφορική. Η μεταφορική δεν το σηκώνει ούτε μας έχει ενημερώσει τηλεφωνικά ή με email. Συμπέρασμα; Δεν έχουμε παραλάβει και δεν έχουμε ενημέρωση. Οπότε; Δεν πρόκειται να παραγγείλουμε ξανά από το vileda.gr καθώς η μεταφορική τους είναι ΚΥΡΙΟΛΕΚΤΙΚΑ ΑΝΎΠΑΡΚΤΗ. Δεν υπάρχει λόγος, παραγγέλνουμε από αλλού και μας τα φέρνουν η τουλάχιστον μας ενημερώνουν.
Order number 21860 they received the order 18/12 on 24/12 it was taken by DELATOLAS transport. The transport company does not pick it up nor has it informed us by phone or email. Conclusion; We have not received and we have no information. So what? We are not going to order again from vileda.gr as their shipping is LITERALLY NON-EXISTENT. There is no reason, we order from elsewhere and they bring them to us or at least inform us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα παραγγελία στις 13/6. Μέχρι σήμερα (12/6) δεν την έχω λάβει. Μετά από πολλά τηλέφωνα μου είπαν ότι θα με καλέσουν για να με ενημερώσουν. Δεν με έχουν καλέσει. Καμία ενημέρωση αν στάλθηκε ή όχι. Μάλλον δεν τους ενδιαφέρει. Κι επειδή έχω κουραστεί, όποιος από την εταιρεία διαβάζει αυτά εδώ: μην την στείλετε. Η χειρότερη εταιρεία.
I placed an order on 13/6. Until today (12/6) I have not received it. After many phone calls they told me that they would call me to inform me. I have not been called. No update whether sent or not. They probably do not care. And because I'm tired, whoever reads the company here: do not send it. The worst company.
