★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η «ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟΣ Α.Ε» υπήρχε σαν επιχείρηση από το 1971 και είναι μια από τις μεγαλύτερες στο χώρο της τυποποίησης και εμπορίας οπωροκηπευτικών.
Για την εξυπηρέτηση της δραστηριότητάς της έχει δημιουργήσει δύο βιομηχανικά συγκροτήματα στον Δήμο Αντιγονιδών και Αποστόλου Παύλου Ημαθίας, τα οποία εξελίχθηκαν σταδιακά και πήραν την οριστική τους μορφή, με την οποία λειτουργούν και σήμερα, κατά το 1990.
Το εργοστάσιο του Δήμου Αντιγονιδών διαθέτει γραμμές επεξεργασίας ροδάκινου, βερίκοκου και φρουτοσαλάτας συσκευασμένα σε κουτιά, όπως επίσης πουρέ ροδάκινο και βερίκοκο σε ασηπτική συσκευασία. Η δυναμικότητα σε Α’ ύλη είναι μέχρι και 1000 τόνους το 24ωρο.
Το εργοστάσιο του Δήμου Αποστόλου Παύλου έχει σαν κύριο αντικείμενο εργασιών την παραγωγή προϊόντων βιομηχανικής τομάτας (τοματοπολτό, αποφλοιωμένη τομάτα και κύβους τομάτας) και άλλων οπωροκηπευτικών. Διαθέτει γραμμές κονσερβοποίησης και ασηπτικής συσκευασίας τοματοπολτού.
Το τμήμα κονσερβοποίησης των δύο εργοστασίων λειτουργεί εποχιακά ενώ το τμήμα ετικεταρίσματος, συσκευασίας και αποστολής λειτουργεί όλο το χρόνο.
Η επιχείρηση έχει σήμερα καθαρά εξαγωγικό χαρακτήρα, εξάγοντας το ~ 95% της παραγωγής της.
"FILIPPOS SA" has existed as a company since 1971 and is one of the largest in the field of standardization and marketing of fruits and vegetables.
In order to serve its activity, it has created two industrial complexes in the Municipality of Antigonides and Apostolos Pavlos, Imathia, which gradually evolved and took their final form, with which they operate today, in 1990.
The factory of the Municipality of Antigonida has processing lines of peach, apricot and fruit salad packed in boxes, as well as peach and apricot puree in aseptic packaging. The capacity in raw material is up to 1000 tons per 24 hours.
The factory of the Municipality of Apostolos Pavlos has as main object of production the production of industrial tomato products (tomato paste, peeled tomato and tomato cubes) and other fruits and vegetables. It has lines for canning and aseptic packaging of tomato paste.
The canning department of the two factories operates seasonally while the labeling, packaging and shipping department operates all year round.
The company currently has a purely export character, exporting ~ 95% of its production.
