★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid!!!! Very unprofessional. When they develop negatives they just roll the film and put it in a paper bag, instead of placing each strip of film into plastic so it will not be scratched or dusted. On top they refuse to give invoice, and even when I explained that I am from USA they were demanding that I must provide them with VAT number which only exist for citizens of EU, and try to tell me that I am stupid and USA have VAT namber I just don’t know about it. I end up googling it for them to prove my point but they played ignorance-horrible customer service. At the end I never got invoice from them on top very unprofessional service.
