good place, but for that kind of low standard is quite expensive

It is nice place. The studio is clining only ones during thr stay.

The beach it was not 200m far away from the villa for SURE.It was 500m or more.We were at the basement and we didn't had tent to cover up the sun and from 2pm till 7pm we were afraid to go in the balcony becouse the sun was to bright.In nights the smell from the toilet was horrible.

Haha you funny Φιλομένη Σκουλούδη, it's alright that entering the rooms should be at 14:00, but why you came at 18:00 and didn't say sorry at all. I will never come back, and I hope everyone can see and understand what I try to say :) Oh I forgot, you turned off the internet at 22:00 two nights in a row and if we did not react, definitely you would continiue with your meaningless steps. Nobody knows why you did that, maybe you are so economical hehe

The good thing is that there is private parking for those who are travelling by car and every room has a terrace, but, the rooms are very small, it's not clean, and in the price is not included the airconditioning, you need to pay 5 euros a day for it... im not going back there!

Apartmans are good, newly built, very close to the center - 3min through narrow street. Big balcony, with shade curtains. WIFI is a bit slow. Landlord is a different story. She was very mad about the fact that we didn't arrived at a specific time, when apartment was ready for us. That about 2h above entering time (although I could arrived any time in interval I paid....). On exiting apartment I was accused of braking electrical outlet behind the frig. What would I'll be seeking there... All in all, when you neglect petty people, it's a good place, close to the center, bakery, ambulance. Cheers

Rooms ok given the standard and prices in Halkidiki. Wi Fi lowsy as everywhere in Greece, no room cleaning for entire stay of 7 days. Check in at 2 pm, but check out in 9 am which is unheard of. In general ok given the expectations but not worth visiting again.

Dear Customers, I would like to inform you about the following if I would like to inform you if this should be done by JK Travel. a) Towels are not based on the contract with the tourist office. b) The ground floor rooms have no awnings and you can see the photos c) The rooms are chosen by you from the office. I do not put you on the ground floor, on the first floor or on the second floor. d) Arrivals of the same contract are made every Sunday. For weekend arrivals, the tourist office should inform me at least one day earlier. Unfortunately this is not happening this year, and I do not know why. So there are delays in getting to the rooms after a) I did not know your arrival and b) I was not in Pefkohori. e) Cleaner walks into the rooms twice a week. f) arrivals are at 14:00 and departures at 09:00 and this is JK's decision. g) The a/c is Extra price 5 euro per day. h) the studios is 38m.No 2,3,5,6,8,9 and 30m No 1,4 and 7!!! J) The rooms no 1,4 and 7 it's don't have parking. In addition, it would be honest when you write some criticism to report the truth as it is and not as it suits you. And of course you can read the contracts you make with the offices that you close your vacation. You know, from a point and after a few moments it has been damaged and taken over by others ...
