The free coffee was delicious (I normally don’t like most coffee which means the coffee beans must have been something special). Maria, the senior hair colourist thoroughly discussed with me to decide the best way to approach the result I wanted,while keeping my hair in healthy condition. She used so many products of great quality which smelled like heaven, and in the end even though we bleached, my hair was in better condition than before and the colour was amazing! I finished with a hair cut by the founder, Stavros, which was excellent as expected.Even after washing my hair at home the shape helps me fix it so easily. Great value for money?

I visited Finch on Wednesday for a haircut, and I'm soo disappointed with how my hair turned out, especially considering the price I paid. I got the normal shampoo (the lady told me that she was going to do a special treatment, but she just applied the conditioning mask after the shampoo, like I do at home) and the haircut, she didn't even style my hair, we left them curly, and I paid 55€. The price is OK considering the place, I love it, very relaxing and fancy at the same time, but not for how my hair look like now. The two sides are not simmetrical at all, several bits from one side are longer than the other side and the haircut in general is not consistent. Surely I need to visit another salon to fix it. I asked for a layered haircut but that's definitely not what I asked for. From the place but especially the price, I was expecting a veeery good job, which is not unfortunately what I had.
