Η τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση και η επικοινωνία ήταν άψογη και το συνεργείο ήρθε ακριβώς στην ώρα του κάτι που είναι ανέφικτο λόγω του είδους της δουλειάς. 100% επαγγελματίες και άνθρωποι. Βάση αυτής της εμπειρίας το κατάστημα συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα! I bought an air conditioner from this store on 15-04-2022. Λόγω φόρτου εργασίας εκείνη την περίοδο, ζήτησα αν μπορεί το αιρκοντίσιον να φτάσει σε συγκεκριμένη ώρα και πραγματικά, δύο ημέρες μετά ακριβώς τις ώρες που είχαμε συνεννοηθεί χτύπησε το τηλέφωνο για να παραλάβω την συσκευή! Εδώ άλλωστε ξεχωρίζει ο επαγγελματίας που βρίσκεται χρόνια στο χώρο από άλλα μαγαζιά της "σειράς". Να προσθέσω ότι συγκριτικά με την τοποθεσία του καταστήματος, η παραγγελία μου έφτασε στην άλλη άκρη της Αθήνας! Και ότι σε διάφορα με οποιαδήποτε άλλο κατάστημα ή μεταφορική, η παράδοση δεν έγινε επί του πεζοδρομίου αλλά στο διαμέρισμά μου, χωρίς να χρειαστεί να σηκώσω ή να επιβαρυνθώ τίποτα! I am an architect, so I know that this is not the case. I suppose that they could not justify overpriced instalment payment, or something similar.
