Το προσωπικό καταρτισμένο, έμπειρο, μα πάνω απ΄ όλα ευγενέστατο & πρόθυμο να προσφέρει ανιδιοτελώς τη φροντίδα την οποία χρήζει ο ασθενής. Τα θερμά μου συγχαρητήρια! It could be one of the fastest growing first aid companies in the world. The response was immediate. The staff is trained, experienced, but above all very polite & willing to selflessly offer the care that the patient needs. My warm congratulations!
G	Giorgos Giannopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχοντας συνεργαστεί και με άλλες εταιρίες η firsr aid ambulance είναι τελικά η καλύτερη με διαφορά, εξαιρετικοί σε όλα τους τα ασθενοφόρα άψογα τα πληρώματα έμπειρα και ευγενικά οι τιμές καλές όσο για τούς χρόνους σε μια πόλη όπως η Αθήνα είναι φυσιολογικό να αργούν καμιά φορά αλλά και με τόσες άλλες δυσκολίες που μπορεί να βρει ένα ασθενοφόρο με κάποια περιστατικά γιατί δεν είναι ταξί. ΣΥΓΧΑΡΗΤΉΡΙΑ ΜΠΡΑΒΟ ΣΕ ΟΛΟΥΣ. Having worked with other companies, the firsr aid ambulance is finally the best by far, excellent in all their ambulances, the crews are experienced and kind, the prices are good as for the times in a city like Athens, it is normal to be late sometimes with so many other difficulties that an ambulance can find with some incidents because it is not a taxi. V	Vasilis Tsipas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλέσαμε ασθενοφόρο στις 11.41 και ενημερώσαμε ότι έχουμε έναν ηλικιωμένο που πονάει. Μας καθησυχασαν ότι σε 30-35 λεπτά θα έρθει. Ενώ καθυστερούσε να έρθει, μιλήσαμε στο τηλέφωνο άλλες δύο φορές και προσπαθούσε να μας πείσει ότι είναι κοντά, ενώ δεν ήταν και ότι η κλήση μου έγινε 10 λεπτά αργότερα, λες και δεν φαίνεται στο κινητό μου τι ώρα έκανα την κληση. Τελικά ήρθε στις 12.37 δηλαδή για τέσσερα λεπτά θα έκλεινε ώρα. Απαράδεκτοι, είναι σκληρό για να μην χάσουν το δρομολόγιο, να λένε ψέματα εις βάρος ενός ηλικιωμένου που πονάει. We called an ambulance at 11.41 and informed that we had an elderly person who was in pain. We were reassured that it would come in 30-35 minutes. While she was delaying to come, we talked on the phone twice and tried to convince her that she was near, and it wasn't even that my call was made 10 minutes later, as if my cellphone didn't show what time I was calling. It finally came at 12.37 which means it would be closed for four minutes. Unacceptable, it's hard not to miss the itinerary, lying to a hurting old man.
t	tath xamoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την χειρότερη εντύπωση! Καλέσαμε ασθενοφόρο από την συγκεκριμένη εταιρία με μεταφορά ασθενή από το νοσοκομείο του Πύργου σε νοσοκομείο της Αθήνας. Βλέποντας την ιστοσελίδα και τις παροχές μας φάνηκε καλή με σύγχρονα και εξοπλισμένα ασθενοφόρα. Ζήτησα ένα σύγχρονο ασθενοφόρο διότι η μητέρα μου είχε βαρύ εγκεφαλικό. Εξήγησα ότι είναι πολύ σοβαρή η κατάσταση της και ζήτησα συνοδεία γιατρού και συνοδεία συγγενή. Μας ζήτησαν να καταθέσουμε πρώτα τα χρήματα να ξεκινήσει το ασθενοφόρο. Τελικά μετά από ένα συνεχή διάλογο το ασθενοφόρο ήρθε με καθυστέρηση δύο ωρών. Το μεγάλο σοκ ήταν το ασθενοφόρο, έμοιαζε με μικρό εμπορικό βανάκι. Παμπάλαιο θύμιζε δεκαετία 1960. Καμία σχέση με τα ασθενοφόρα που διαφημίζουν στην ιστοσελίδα τους. To ασθενοφόρο ήταν άθλιο .Διαμαρτυρήθηκα αλλά δεν υπήρχε χρόνος να το γυρίσω πίσω. Το προσωπικό όμως που συνόδευε το ασθενοφόρο ήταν άψογο. Όπως μου περιέγραφε η αδερφή μου τρανταζόταν συχνά κατά την διαδρομή και κάθε φορά κοβόταν η ανάσα της μητέρας μου και φοβόταν ότι δεν θα επανέρθει. Τελικά έφθασε στο προορισμό με την αδερφή μου γεμάτη μελανιές διότι δεν υπήρχε θέση συνοδού και καθόταν σε ένα σκαμπό χωρίς προστασία και δεν ξέρω με τόσο τράνταγμα αν αυτό επιβάρυνε περισσότερο την υγεία της μητέρας μου. Ένιωσα απελπισία! Απαράδεκτο! Απογοητευτικό! The worst impression! We called an ambulance from the specific company with the transfer of a patient from the hospital of Pyrgos to a hospital in Athens. Looking at the website and our facilities it looked good with modern and equipped ambulances. I asked for a modern ambulance because my mother had a severe stroke. I explained that her condition was very serious and asked for a doctor and a relative. We were asked to deposit the money first to start the ambulance. Finally, after a continuous dialogue, the ambulance arrived two hours late. The big shock was the ambulance, it looked like a small commercial van. It's reminiscent of the 1960s. It has nothing to do with the ambulances they advertise on their website. The ambulance was miserable. I protested but there was no time to turn it back. But the staff that accompanied the ambulance was impeccable. As my sister described it, she often jerked along the way and each time my mother was out of breath and afraid she would not come back. He finally arrived at the destination with my sister full of bruises because there was no escort and he was sitting on a stool without protection and I do not know with so much jolt if this further burdened my mother's health. I felt despair! Unacceptable! Disappointing!
S	Sofos Rs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρησιμοποιήσα τις υπηρεσίες σας δεν έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος καθώς τα ασθενοφόρα ήταν σε κακή κατάσταση. Ωστόσο το μόνο καλό στην όλη υπόθεση ήταν το πλήρωμα του ασθενοφόρου ο Λευτέρης και ο Δημήτρης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοι και ευγενικοί και μας βοήθησαν στην διεκπεραίωση του εξιτήριου μας I used your services I was not completely happy as the ambulances were in poor condition. However, the only good thing in the whole case was the ambulance crew, Lefteris and Dimitris were very helpful and polite and helped us with our evacuation.

Μας ζήτησαν παραπάνω λεφτά επειδή ήθελαν άλλον εξοπλισμό για τη μεταφορά ενώ τους είχαμε δώσει ακριβή στοιχεία για την κατάσταση και τα κιλά του ασθενή. Unacceptable. We waited for them for 2.5 hours while they told us on the phone for 20 minutes. They asked us for more money because they wanted other equipment for the transport while we had given them accurate information about the patient's condition and weight.
L	LIONQ9 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι!!! Πηρα να κλεισω ραντεβού κ μου ειπαν οτι δε γίνεται κ ναλεσω οταν τα είναι έτοιμοι. Οταν τους πηρα μου είπαν οτι αλλαζει η διαθεσιμότητα κ θα ειχαν σε μια ωρα. Συνολικά περασαν 2,5 ωρες. Απαράδεκτοι. Unacceptable !!! I made an appointment and they told me that it is not possible to call when they are ready. When I got them they told me that the availability is changing and they would have it in an hour. A total of 2.5 hours passed. Unacceptable.
E	Emmanouela Peskelidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! 1.Τους καλέσαμε και εμφανίστηκαν μετά από τρεις ώρες ενώ είχαν πει 20 λεπτα και αφου τους είχαμε κάνει άλλα τρία τηλέφωνα για να έρθουν. 2.Καμιά συνεννόηση μεταξύ του Τηλεφωνικού Κέντρου και του πληρωματος του ασθενοφόρου. Το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο δεν είχε ενημερώσει το ασθενοφόρο για την κατάσταση, τα κιλά του ασθένους και του τρόπου μεταφοράς με αποτέλεσμα επιπλέον καθυστέρηση. 3. Ζήτησαν παραπάνω χρήματα οι ξεδιαντροποι (παρά την καθυστέρηση τους) για να μεταφέρουν την ασθενή με εξειδικευμένο εξοπλισμό ενώ εξαρχής είχαμε συνεννοηθεί αλλη τιμή. Ντροπή τους. Unacceptable! 1. We called them and they showed up after three hours while they had said 20 minutes and after we had made them three more phones to come. 2. No communication between the Call Center and the ambulance crew. The call center had not informed the ambulance about the condition, the patient's weight and the mode of transport resulting in an additional delay. 3. The outcasts asked for more money (despite their delay) to transport the patient with specialized equipment while from the beginning we had agreed on another price. Shame on them.
