I	Iliana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Location was perfect . The building was from XVIII century -old stone house, renovated inside with designers touch. Breakfast was in a Cafe at the port with pefect view, just 2 minutes from the house..

Air con wasn't working, we were just told to wait an hour or so until it was....(in 29 degree heat) and then the advertised jetted bathtub didnt work either, and when we wanted to use the shower, the water was cold. Both times i had to call for help as there was no reception staff in the building, and we had to end up fixing the hot water issue ourselves. Not something i imagine i'd be doing in a '4 star' hotel. Not luxury at all.
A	Angelos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Staying at this fully renovated hotel, built in 1860 is astonishing by itself. The location is perfect. The staff was very helpful. Spacious, modern room. Huge smart TV. Breakfast served on harbour front and was really nice!. Negative: No view from our room. Jetted bathtub was not working. Quite expensive. We really enjoyed our stay but wouldn't describe it as a five star hotel..

I booked a room with jucuzzi, and having driven there days after booking was informed the Jucuzzi wasn't working. Was offered a refund but not immediate or an alternative room. Eventually took the other room which then took three hours to set up, to make the Tele. work, etc ,etc the stay was a disaster. The owner/manager is not available to sort anything. Promised a 50 Euro refund, but still has not delivered on his promise. Should be a nice place, it isn't. Due to a horrid attitude of the owner. Stay somewhere else is my advice. The Breakfast which is arranged somewhere else was fab. Don't believe anything you are told if you stay here and hope all is ok, if it is not then no hope of your issue being sorted. Kefalonia is so nice and full of lovely honest people, this place is totally not representative. Thirteen lovely nights elsewhere in Kefalonia and one rubbish stay.....here.
