★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The weirdest place we ever ate. We like to visit local somewhat eary desolated spots, but after having a fine dinner, we were shocked when hearing the price. A greek salad, tzaziki with bread, potato’s, two Dorado’s (which were tasty although much too blackened on the skin), and two Ouzo’s for €59?! The lady/chef was very friendly, but now we know why. I’d recommend to just go there, be animated with the gipsy weirdness, and move on to find a better place to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and unexpected tavern, "middle of nowhere". Good salad, good fish, good (appropriate) price, very friendly woman.
Other guests, who were announced in advance, became a wide offer of original greek (cretan) meals, including the explanation. They were with the "safari" company, and the meals were prepared on order for a certain number of visitors.
The prices are appropriate to the distance from civilization (Plaka 16 km through mountains), but sincerely, they are lower than in a bigger town restaurant.
Anyhow, to visit this tavern in so lonely environment is an unforgettable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst! I can not recommend to visit or eat there. The prices are expensive and what you have to pay in the end is randomly chosen! The service sucks and the food is overpriced! Do not go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ after a beautiful scenario drive you will find that hidden restaurant in the middle of nowhere directly at the rough coast. Great fish and an atmosphere like in a Terantino Western Movie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the Fish Tavern as part as our Jeep Safari. I can't comment on the prices as it was included in our tour but we loved the food and the setting was beautiful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had two portions of fried fish, smaller one like anchovies and sardines, a Greek salad, fava (mashed peas) a portion of fried potatoes and three small beers. Everything was pretty tasty, except the fava dish. The prices are also OK. We paid 35 € for 3 persons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious fresh grilled fish and crab at sunset with a glass of white wine. Greek salad, French fries and Τζατζίκι as an addition. Prices is ok. Simple and delicious.There is an excellent pebble beach Vichadia nearby.
