★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα μια ανθοδέσμη και τους ζήτησα να την στείλουν σε μια διεύθυνση. Την διανομή της ανθοδέσμης την χρεώνουν 2€ διότι είναι εξωτερικός συνεργάτης ο άνθρωπος που κάνει την αποστολή και όχι υπάλληλος τους. Η αγορά της ανθοδέσμης έγινε στις 15:24 και τους ζήτησα να την παραδοθούν σχετικά νωρίς και διαβεβαίωσαν ότι θα την παρέδιδε αρκετά πριν τις 17:00. Μετά από μια ώρα δεν είχα ειδοποιηθεί για την παράδοση της ανθοδέσμης και τους κάλεσα και μου απάντησαν ότι ο διανομέας είχε πάει σπίτι να κοιμηθεί (!!!), με διαβεβαίωσαν ξανά ότι θα την παρέδιδε πριν τις 17:00 και ότι θα με καλούσαν όταν θα ξεκινούσε από το κατάστημα. Χρειάστηκε νέο τηλεφώνημα δικό μου στις 16:48 για να μου πουν ότι έφυγε η ανθοδέσμη. Στις 17:03 με πήραν τηλέφωνο για να μου πουν ότι δεν μπορούν να βρουν το σημείο παράδοσης μιας και όπως αποδείχθηκε, είχαν στείλει τον διανομέα σε λάθος σημείο πάρα οι γεγονός ότι είχα εξηγήσει αναλυτικά για το που βρίσκεται ο παραλήπτης. Τελικά η ανθοδέσμη παραδόθηκε στις 17:10. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΑ
I bought a bouquet and asked them to send it to an address. The distribution of the bouquet is charged 2 € because the person who makes the shipment is an external partner and not their employee. The purchase of the bouquet was made at 15:24 and I asked them to deliver it relatively early and they assured that he would deliver it well before 17:00. After an hour I was not notified about the delivery of the bouquet and I called them and they answered that the distributor had gone home to sleep (!!!), they assured me again that he would deliver it before 17:00 and that they would call me when would start from the store. It took a new phone call of mine at 16:48 to tell me that the bouquet was gone. At 17:03 they called me to tell me that they could not find the delivery point since as it turned out, they had sent the distributor to the wrong point despite the fact that I had explained in detail where the recipient was. Finally the bouquet was delivered at 17:10. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τεράστια ποικιλία και πολυ καλές τιμές! Κατά την γνώμη μου το κατάλληλο μέρος για κυριολεκτικό shopping therapy :D Δεν μπορώ να μην αναφέρω πως όσες φορές έχω επισχευθεί το φυτόριο το προσωπικό ήταν χαμογελαστό (ακόμα και κάτω από την μάσκα), ευγενικό και άκρως εξυπηρετικό <3
Huge variety and very good prices! In my opinion the right place for literal shopping therapy: D I can not fail to mention that as many times as I have visited the nursery the staff was smiling (even under the mask), polite and extremely helpful <3
