★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just returned for the second year in a row. One of the best gyms I've been to, and definitely the best in Paros. Gym is clean, well equipped, and Marios, the owner, couldn't be nicer.

Big plus, the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the gym.
Didn't go to the other gym but I'm sure that is the best one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small, very crowded space with lots of free weights, circuit machines, etc. Tiny outdoor space with squat rack, bench press, bicep curl.
I also worked out at another gym on the island and Fitness Factory had more of a bodybuilder bro vibe.
Small space but lots of (old) equipment.
