★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym!! Lots of equipment and very good programming. The coaches are just great. As a tourist looking to work out for a month while vacationing I was hoping to find a decent gym where the coaches will make a little effort to accommodate my lack of understanding Greek. I found so much more than that. Coach Vaggelis always made sure to explain everything in English, although I was the only one that needed it. Everybody was super helpful and polite. Gotta love it!

Great facility. Really friendly coaches who make you feel welcome and speak both English and Greek. It's big with plenty of space. Great programming.
Solid road box for me while I'm here for a few months.

The contact via Instagram was very friendly and fast and so we were looking forward to our Crossfit class. the box is easy to reach by car and the price with 15 euros normal. it is very large box with very good and new equipment. we were welcomed very friendly from the staff. The coach was very good and attentive and the training was well structured. We have already done many drop-ins around the world and this one will remain in good memory. Therefore absolutely recommended. ??????????
