★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im an american here on business for a couple weeks staying at the Hilton. I don't like hotel gyms so I joined this gym and was super happy. The staff helped me get going and would greet me and the other patrons we friendly. It had a neighborhood gym vibe with many of the people knowing each other. A very reasonable price too. When I am in town I plan to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this gym . I am a professional traveling to Athens for work often and they welcomed me warmly, showed me everything their gym has to offer and put me at ease. The gym is very big and clean , and the ambiance is quite nice. I love the music , and the staff is extremely polite and nice. I highly recommend this gym !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried multiple gyms across Greece and this one is so far the best. I go to one of the best gyms in NYC and FitnessPlus had everything to offer what I use in NYC. Excellent space, wide range of equipment, including pilates. Equipment is also in a quite good shape, which is not always the case at other places. And of course the staff was super friendly and helpful (as most of Greeks typically are).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice gym. The instructors are very friendly and helpful. The equipment is a bit old though but it is good enough for a daily trainning. I visit this gym a few times a year when i visit Athens so im not a regular. I joined one zomba class and i thought it was fun.
