Έμπειροι γυμναστές, πολλά μηχανήματα, άνετος χώρος για ομαδικές ασκήσεις! Ποικιλία σε προγράμματα! Όλοι ευγενέστατοι και πάντα πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν!
For me, the best gym in Heraklion !!!
Experienced trainers, many machines, comfortable space for group exercises! Variety in programs! All very kind and always willing to serve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχω σκοπό να ξανά πάω ακόμα κι αν το πακέτο μου αργεί να λήξει..
Κατά μαύρα στρωματακια γυμναστικής στα ομαδικά, δεν είδα στιγμή να απολυμαίνουν τα όργανα κι ούτε να μπαίνει κάποιος να σκουπίζει ή να σφουγγάριζει την αίθουσα. Με τα παπούτσια που περπαταμε στο δρομο μπαίναμε μέσα και μετά το στρώματακι που βάζουμε τα μούτρα μας. Απαρχαιωμένο σύστημα κράτησης θέσης για ομαδικό πρόγραμμα. Κάθε Τρίτη στις δέκα το πρωί, έπρεπε να παραταω την εργασία μου, να παίρνω τηλ για να βρω διαθέσιμη ωρα...Φυσικά τις περισσότερες φορές δεν έβρισκα. Όταν δε, πρότεινα να βάλουν ένα ον λάιν δωρεάν πρόγραμμα , για να εξυπηρετείται ο κόσμος με έγραψαν κανονικά! Μακράν η χειρότερη επιλογή !

During the black mattresses in the teams, I did not see a moment when the instruments were disinfected and no one came in to sweep or mop the room. With the shoes we walk on the street we enter and then the mattress we put our faces. Outdated reservation system for group program. Every Tuesday at ten in the morning, I had to quit my job, pick up the phone to find available time ... Of course most of the time I could not find it. And when, I suggested they put an online free program, to serve the people, they wrote me normally! By far the worst choice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a two day ticket for flex gym. Perfect gym with a great atmosphere and top machines for resistance training. The owner was very friendly and welcoming we need more gyns like this in the U.K.
The gym have the feel of a old school spit and sawdust but is modern and clean. I would love to train at a gym like this every day. 5 stars from me. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad bought me a package of 10 personal workouts last summer. It was impossible to book a session because "they did not have enough trainers at that time". This summer that I asked to book a session they claimed that the package had expired and I had missed all sessions. No alternative option offered. That was in a direct communication with the owner, who started shouting over the phone. I have never before encountered such an unprofessional behaviour in Heraklion.
