The employees have no manners, the make sure you feel unwanted there. The only place in Greece that made me feel this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were a lot of people waiting in the queue because there were just one waiter doing everything, no enough staff. The waiter was nice even when he was overpassed for the situation. The company should be penalice by the airport authorities, they cannot have people working as slaves, in order to save their money and give a bad service to the people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged my coffee for a random takeaway price of 4.30€.The normal one is 3.90€ and the special blend 4.60€..When I asked they told me they have used the special blend(which I doubt) without asking me..Very bad service, avoid as there are other coffee shops nearby which they don't try to fool you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travel very frequently and unfortunately at the airport the places are monopolized! This specific one, every time the employees make you feel unwanted and that you mainly annoy them....if you ask them to clean the table the situation is worse.
Keep your employees happy to have happy clients. The food is also below average....the only nice is the coffee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place advertises itself as an “espresso room” but what it actually is, is trash. First of all, they ONLY have cow milk, so if you have any dairy allergies then forget about this coffee shop. I also ordered a greek salad, which came with two bites of feta cheese and stale bread. Spare yourself the 20 minutes you would be waiting in line here and go to Starbucks instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have found a piece of plastic in my devil’s chocolate cake! I literally had to spit it out and was lucky enough not have swallowed it. Shame on you! Don’t you have any Haccap procedures / checks in Greece? You should take this VERY seriously!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As we were waiting for our flight, we decided to spend some time in this modernly designed café in Athens international airport. The place is nice, clean and comfortable. Service is nice and friendly. Prices are what you expect in airports.
