★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An impressive experience, from the first conversation over the phone and until the delivery of the flowers!!! I called them from Bucharest, Romania, to find if they deliver in a certain area of Thessaloniki and the person answering the phone - I assume the owner of the business - was VERY helpful! Then, as I placed my order and made the payment, I had to call him again regarding the delivery - as my friends in Thessaloniki were on a tight schedule, the delivery had to be made very fast. In one hour from the conversation, the flowers were delivered, and the bouquet was looking exactly like the one from the website presentation photo! Congratulations for the best client service!!! I totally recommend them!

I am in Los Angeles, California and unfortunately have only google translate level competency in the Greek language. I have tried setting up flower delivery for friends in Greece several times and a few times have had to cancel orders from other florists who were unresponsive or confusing. Apostolos is responsive, professional, and has easy website ordering as well as custom orders. I have used Florist Moustakas twice and I have been so happy with the service, attention to detail, kindness and the quality! I highly recommend this local shop!!! Thank you Apostolos!
