★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έστειλα σκούπα ρομπότ καθαρισμού πισίνας (που το είχα αγοράσει από αντιπρόσωπο τους) γιατί εμφάνισε βλάβη, δεν ανέβαινε στα πλαϊνά τοιχώματα. Του έκαναν σέρβις - άλλαξαν κάποια εξαρτήματα, το πλήρωσα, αλλά πάλι δεν ανεβαίνει στο πλάι. Το έστειλα πάλι σε αυτούς, είπαν ότι σε αυτούς ανεβαίνει στα τοιχώματα και μου το επέστρεψαν. Στην δικιά μου πισίνα δεν ανεβαίνει. Μάλλον έχει πρόβλημα η πισίνα μου.
I sent a pool cleaning robot broom (which I had bought from their dealer) because it was damaged, it did not climb the side walls. They serviced it - they changed some parts, I paid for it, but again it does not go to the side. I sent it back to them, they said it goes up to the walls and they returned it to me. He does not go up to my pool. My pool probably has a problem.
