★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα κατά τα τυπικά στο ραντεβού μου για Laser και αναγκάστηκα να περιμένω 35 λεπτά χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση για το οτιδήποτε και εν μέσω πανδημίας!
Η ταλαιπωρία που υπέστην σήμερα ήταν πρωτοφανής, καθώς τα κορίτσια του ιατρείου είχαν εγκαταλείψει τις θέσεις τους, και εμφανίζονταν σπανίως και μόνο για κουδούνια. Την υπόλοιπη ώρα τους την αφιέρωναν στο να μιλάνε μεταξύ τους πίσω από την υποδοχή και να αγνοούν κατ’ εξακολούθηση τους πελάτες τους.
Όταν αποφάσισα να ρωτήσω τι συμβαίνει η κυρία με διέκοψε απότομα λέγοντας μου ότι θα ασχολούνταν μαζί μου σε ένα λεπτό. Έφυγα χωρίς να κάνω την συνέδρια 5 λεπτά αργότερα, μετά από πολύωρη, ανεξήγητη καθυστέρηση και παντελή αδιαφορία.
 I normally went to my Laser appointment and had to wait 35 minutes without any information about anything and in the midst of a pandemic!
The suffering she suffered today was unprecedented, as the girls of the doctor's office had left their posts, and appeared rarely and only for bells. They spent the rest of their time talking to each other from behind the reception and constantly ignoring their customers.
When I decided to ask what was going on the lady stopped me abruptly telling me that she would deal with me in a minute. I left without doing the conference 5 minutes later, after a long, unexplained delay and complete indifference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακράν η καλύτερη δερματολόγος που έχουμε επισκεφτεί! Πολύ σχολαστική,κατανοητη,φιλική και πολύ προσιτή. Άρτια καταρτισμένη και σε καθαρά δερματολογικά ζητήματα αλλά και πιο αισθητικά. Την είχα επισκεφτεί πριν χρόνια για ένα θέμα ακμής και τώρα ο σύζυγος μου για αυτοάνοσο δερματικό νόσημα. Την προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
By far the best dermatologist we have visited! Very meticulous, understandable, friendly and very approachable. Well trained in clean dermatological issues but also more aesthetically pleasing. I visited her years ago for an acne issue and now my husband for autoimmune skin disease. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν και πήγα για αισθητικούς λόγους συναντήθηκα και με την γιατρό, η οποία ήταν ευγενέστατη και προσιτή ως χαρακτήρας και επιστημων! Τα κορίτσια δε, ήταν ευγενικές, απίστευτα εξυπηρετικες και με κατανόηση χωρις να βιάζονται να σε ξεπεταξουν. Φυσικά προσπαθούν να σε εξασφαλίσουν σαν πελάτη, με ευγενικό τρόπο. Αν είναι ικανοί, εννοείται και ξαναπηγαινω! Συνεχίστε έτσι!
Although I went for aesthetic reasons I also met the doctor, who was very kind and approachable as a character and scientist! The girls were polite, incredibly helpful and understanding without rushing to throw you out. Of course they try to secure you as a customer, in a polite way. If they are capable, of course I will go again! Go on like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εμπειρία!Δεν ασχολείται καθόλου με τον πελάτη με μεγάλη αναμονή!Ξεκινησα μαζί της θεραπεία ακμής και δεν μου εξήγησε ούτε τι θα κάνουμε ούτε τι θα πρέπει να προσέξω ..το κόστος απλής επίσκεψης είναι 90€ γιατί υποστηρίζει πως σου κάνει extra peeling.ερχόμουν από Θεσσαλονίκη για να την επισκεφτώ και στο τελευταίο ραντεβού δεν μου ζήτησε καν τις αιματολογικές τις οποίες έκανα από δίκη μου πρωτοβουλία για να δω που βρίσκομαι.Ακύρωσα το ραντεβού και τρεις μήνες μέτα δεν με έχει πάρει κανείς τηλ για να δει που βρίσκομαι ενώ κάνω τέτοια θεραπεία.Τουλάχιστον τραγική!Δεν την προτείνω σε καμία περίπτωση
Very bad experience! She does not deal with the client at all with a long wait! I started acne treatment with her and she did not explain to me what we will do or what I should pay attention to .. the cost of a simple visit is 90 € because she claims that she does extra peeling. I was coming from Thessaloniki to visit her and on the last appointment she did not even ask me for the blood tests which I did on my own initiative to see where I am. I canceled the appointment and three months later no one has called me to see where I am while I am doing such a treatment. At least tragic! I do not recommend it in any case

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήταν η γιατρός μου για 2 χρόνια. Στην αρχή ήταν τρομερή ασχολιόταν μαζί μου και ένιωθα μια εμπιστοσύνη. Δυστυχώς μετά άρχισαν να ανεβαίνουν οι followers της στο Instagram και μαντέψτε!!! Ξαφνικά το ιατρείο της ήταν χειρότερο από αυτό της figura στο κέντρο και τα αντίστοιχα ινστιτούτα. Είχες αναμονη στο ραντεβού σου πάνω από 30λεπτό. Εγώ έκανα θεραπείες ακμής και λέιζερ εκεί, κάποια στιγμή τα εκανα όλα μαζι για να γλυτώσουν χρόνο και γενικά μια πολύ τσαπατσούλικη δουλειά. Μέχρι που εκανα ένα χημικό peeling και το ξέχασαν πάνω στο πρόσωπο μου ,πολύ παραπάνω ώρα από όσο θα έπρεπε( κοντά ένα μισάωρο ) και βγήκα εγώ από την αίθουσα για να βρω μια κοπέλα να έρθει να μου το βγάλει. Πραγματικά κριμα γιατί έχω αφήσει παρά πολλά λεφτά στην κυρια Μπαγεωργου.
She was my doctor for 2 years. At first she was awesome dealing with me and I felt a confidence. Unfortunately, after that, her followers started uploading to Instagram and guess what !!! Suddenly her office was worse than that of figura in the center and the corresponding institutes. You have been waiting for your appointment for over 30 minutes. I did acne and laser treatments there, at some point I did it all together to save time and generally a lot of hard work. Until I did a chemical peel and they forgot about it on my face, much longer than I should (about half an hour) and I left the room to find a girl to come and take it off. Really a pity because I have left a lot of money to Mrs. Bageorgou.
