Μετα απο μια μερα ελέγχων δεν βρήκαν γιατι δε δουλεύει και μου πρότειναν ή να το παρω μήπως φτιαξει μόνο του(λες και ειναι ίωση) ή να το αφήσω για άγνωστο χρονικό διάστημα χωρίς να μου δώσουν αυτοκίνητο αντικατάστασης. Απαράδεκτοι μακάρι να μην σας τύχει κατι που δεν μπορει να λύσει το «εξουσιοδοτημένο» συνεργειο. The worst customer service. They changed my start stop batteries in focus of 2016 and the start stop stopped working. After a day of checks, they did not find it because it does not work and they suggested me to either take it or fix it myself (as if it were a virus) or to leave it for an unknown period of time without giving me a replacement car. Unacceptable, hope that something does not happen to you that the "authorized" crew cannot solve.

Οι μηχανικοί ήταν άψογοι ως προς την εργασία τους, επίσης ήταν κατατοπιστικοι σχετικά με το όχημα μου. Σωστοί επαγγελματίες και ευγενικοί!! Θα τους ξανά επισκεφτώ. I visited the Volvo Lazanas to replace the water tank that had leaked into my Volvo S40 and for further inspection. The engineers were impeccable in their work, they were also informative about my vehicle. Right professionals and polite !! I will visit them again.
