Το κατάλυμα αυτό είναι από τα χειρότερα που έχουμε διαμείνει.Βρώμικος χώρος,δεν υπήρχαν οι παροχές που αρμόζουν , όπως για παράδειγμα δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό και θέρμανση σε καμία των περιπτώσεων,ψαχναμε κουβέρτες να ζεσταθούμε τη νύχτα και δεν βρίσκαμε.οι φωτογραφίες σε ξεγελάνε I place 1 star for the view that the second floor had! This accommodation is one of the worst we have stayed in. Dirty place, there were no amenities, as for example there was no hot water and heating in any of the cases, we were looking for blankets to warm up at night and we could not find them. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και η συνεννόηση πολύ εύκολη! Great location! The accommodation provided all the amenities, while the view from it was amazing. The host was very kind and the communication was very easy!

Ο κύριος Σταύρος είναι εκεί σε ότι χρειαστείτε, μας είχε αφήσει χυμούς νερά κρουασάν στο ψυγείο Και το μπάνιο πεντακάθαρο Ευχαριστώ μέρος αξίζει να το επισκεφτείτε maisonette with warm space beautiful view, Kind staff and very nice people. Mr. Stavros is there for whatever you need, he had left us croissant juices in the fridge And the bathroom is spotless Thanks place worth visiting
K	Kelly Christodoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρώτη φορά στην Παύλιανη και νομίζω δεν υπήρχε καλύτερο κατάλυμα για διαμονή...τόσο που προτιμούσαμε να μείνουμε στο σπίτι παρά να βγούμε βόλτα! Το σπίτι σου πρόσφερε μια αίσθηση ζεστασιάς καθώς πρόκειται για αρχοντικό μεζονέτα, πλήρως ανακαινισμένο που αναμιγνύει άψογα το παλαίο και το μοντέρνο στοιχείο...Αν και οι θερμοκρασίες είναι χαμηλές στην περιοχή, το σπίτι ευτυχώς είχε φουλ θέρμανση καθώς στον 1ο όροφο υπάρχει ξυλόσομπα και στον 2ο μεγάλο τζάκι που κάλυπταν όλους τους χώρους του σπιτιού...δεν καταλάβαμε κρύο δηλαδή..περιττό να μιλήσω για την θέα...μαγευτική...απίστευτο το σημείο του..και το μέρος που έχουν τοποθετήσει το τζακούζι και βλέπεις αυτό το τοπίο στο πιάτο...πολύ πετυχημένο!! Και το δρομάκι που βρίσκεται το σπίτι πολύ γραφικό!!Αυτό που μου έκανε εντύπωση είναι ότι στην κουζίνα υπήρχαν τρόφιμα για παν ενδεχόμενο..(προσωπικά τουλάχιστον πρώτη φορά το συναντώ). Έχω έντονο θέμα με την υγιεινή, ειδικά στα μέρη που μένω στις διακοπές..στο συγκεκριμένο απλά ένιωσα λες και έχω καθαρίσει εγώ! Και δεν το συναντώ ούτε αυτό εύκολα...Ο άνθρωπος εξαιρετικός, ευγενέστατος και πρόθυμος να μας κατατοπίσει για ό,τι πληροφορία χρειαζόμασταν στην περιοχή! Πραγματικά άξιζε και το τελευταίο ευρώ... First time in Pavliani and I think there was no better accommodation to stay ... so much so that we preferred to stay at home rather than go for a walk! The house offered a feeling of warmth as it is a maisonette mansion, fully renovated that perfectly mixes the old and the modern element ... Although the temperatures are low in the area, the house fortunately had full heating as on the 1st floor there is a wood stove and 2nd large fireplace that covered all areas of the house ... we did not understand cold that is..necessary to talk about the view ... magnificent ... incredible point..and the place where they have placed the jacuzzi and you see this landscape on the plate ... very successful !! And the alley where the house is located is very picturesque !! What impressed me is that in the kitchen there was food just in case .. (I personally meet it at least for the first time). I have a strong issue with hygiene, especially in the places where I live on vacation ... in particular I just felt as if I had cleaned myself! And I do not find this easy either ... The man is exceptional, very kind and willing to inform us about all the information we needed in the area! It was really worth the last euro ...

S	Saske Glevin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the potential is there, there is still room for improvement. Host was very pleasant and helpful. Nice cozy little house, but missing some vital stuff. No proper duvets or pillows unfortunately. Just a load of light blankets (some of them covered in some hair strands) that you gotta use and some not so comfortable pillows. Furthermore, the host should really find a way to heat up the kitchen. I was actually reluctant to go because I knew how cold it is there. Also, it’s funny how, because the bathroom is located near the kitchen, I would sometimes not go, just because of the mere fact that I had to pass through it. For this kind of money that we were paying, I expected that “comfortability” and “warmth” were a must. Maybe in the summer this house is 100 times better, but concerning winter, I wouldn’t go again. On the plus side, dogs are allowed, which is very rare.
